@Blue Blazer
Glad you liked  the group.

My foot is doing wonderful.
each time a Wound Care doctor or attendant looks at it they say so.
Monday I check with Dr. Swami, the Infection Dr, to make sure  I’m OK for  a skin graft to help it heal over. My Blood sugars have even been in double digits instead of the 300 – 400s like they had been.

My major problem fioor the last 2-3 weeks have been blisters and MAJOR pain on my man parts.Which totally sucks since I haven’t been sexually active with anyone in 8 years. All I have been doing lately is dialysis or at home sitting in my recliner where my legs have room to spread out as aoopesed to the wheen char which forces my thighs together and watching dvds the latest bath being the Marvel Cinimatic universe ones: Catapain America, Thor, Avengers  thankffully I have had some pain free hours which was shen I posted to the forem and the contest and now.

I have more story of my Texas Super Rangers, but had just been hurting too much to concentrate.

A good thing that has recently happened was we got a $1.400 refund from Social Security Disability where they had taken took much from our checks. So we are going to get the car AC working again, and I want to fill in some of my Marvel Movies I don’t have

When Freebird joined Talon and Goldhawk to to battle a corrupt politician, it was far more personal for her than the boys because that corrupt politician happened to be her father. For her entire life she had a front row seat to the dirty tactics and outright corruption that permeated the system. She never liked the way her father worked, often stepping on other people just to get a little more power. So when she learned that he was supporting masked villains just to help his own shady agenda, she knew she had to do something.

She freely admits that they bit off way more than they could chew at the time but with her father now in prison, she believes it was worth it.

Freebird’s approach to protesting the world’s wrongs is far more subtle than Goldhawk’s.  As a talented musician, she uses music to encourage others to join her…Sure, she may throw in a psychic suggestion to do so here and there but hey, it works.

Talon has tried to dissuade her from this style of psychic manipulation, fearing that she’s going down a dangerous path, but she is so determined to fix everything wrong with her country that she believes she’s just helping others see the truth.

CDC- There is no ‘I’ in Team

Presenting: The Vigilantes! These heroes were, for one reason or another, denied membership into the World Justice Group, an international collection of heroes. They eventually joined with one another to take on crime their own way, outside of the WJG. They are (left to right):

Lady Justice- trained by one of the WJG’s most prominent members, Mareena Baxon is a tech brawler, relying on both gadgets and brute strength, not to mention her twin knives. She fell out with the WJG members after her fellow hero, Wing, was killed by Mister Bedlam and she swore revenge. She was deemed too violent and ‘not a team player’ but her skills have proven invaluable to her new team.

Empath- descended from a group of powerful magic users, Norah Bishop can read and manipulate emotions. The WJG decided that, despite Norah’s training under her mother and grandmother, that her powers were too volatile and dangerous to use in large-scale battles. She has proved them wrong as part of the Vigilantes, and has turned her back on those other heroes who doubted her strength.

Bobcat- Trevor Young is an ailuranthrope, or werecat. Specifically, he takes on the form of a humanoid after an encounter with a strange sorcerer. Unable to rid himself of this ability, he uses it now to help fight crime. Originally, he was unable to control his metamorphosis and became a rampaging monster upon changing. He has since gained control over both through intensive training. He is inhumanly fast and has heightened senses that make him a great asset to the team.

Siren- A mutant who’s true name is unknown, Siren grew up in a violent household. Her powers manifested at puberty, and with them she stopped her father once and for all with her ability to manipulate pheromones and her hypnotic eyes and voice. No one can resist her powers and the WJG deemed her dangerous and too eager to use her powers with lethal force. But, they couldn’t hold her either, as she easily escaped them and joined up with the Vigilantes, harboring a resentment for the heroes who tried to imprison her.

Contagion Man- Fredrick Wellwright wanted to be a hero. He was taking a degree in science when an experiment went wrong, leaving him with the power to infect other people with nonlethal illness for up to two days. Unfortunately, he also makes himself sick in the process. The WJG thought this power ridiculous, so Fredrick found the Vigilantes. It might be unpleasant for him, but striking enemies with sickness has turned the tide of battle for them more than once, and his cheerful, joking nature is appreciated by the whole group.

Emerson Lake Asylum, Palmer County

Situated on an island in the middle of Emerson Lake amongst the mountains and forests of Palmer County, Emerson Lake Asylum was a state of the art correctional institute equipped to house some of the world’s most dangerous inmates from prison systems across the country, all of whom are criminally insane. But then something went wrong. The inmates got out and now the lunatics are running the Asylum. Fortunately, the Asylum’s state of the art security system ensured the facility went into lockdown, containing the inmates, but that has led to a new problem. The few staff that survived the initial breakout now have very little chance of escape and the police are locked out by the very same system that’s keeping the inmates in.

Please find below information on inmates of special interest. Engage with caution.

Inmate Number: A-117629
Surname: Brady
Forename: Bryant
Initial Date Of Commitment: 07/05/14
Patient Age: 43
Gender: Male

Patient Information: Brady was commited to Emerson Lake Asylum by court order after his council pled insanity against a charge of 18 homocides between the years 1992 and 2013. His crimes consisted of the rape and decapitation of men and women between the ages of 15- 25, with his victims usually being blonde haired (or dyed blonde) and of slim figure. He would collect the heads of his victims and preserve them as trophies, throwing out the bodies in secluded public areas such as woodlands or back alleyways. His method of killing would gain him the nickname “The Headhunter” from the press. There is documented evidence of abuse during his childhood by both his father (a small town preacher) and by some elder students at his high school, both of which Brady corroberates. His father went missing in 1987 and, whilst Brady admits to the crime now, there was no evidence at the time of foul play on Brady’s part and a body was never discovered. This, combined with local knowledge that the man was a drunkard and a bully with many enemies, led to the case going cold.

Patient Interview Exerpt:
They say God loves us all, each and every one of us. But that’s not true. God does not love me. He never did. My Father was a man of God. He used the Lords words to violate me, to break me, to make me his own. He would go out and preach words of love and tolerance, but could only show his son how to fear and hate. But he taught me a very important lesson, that God does not care. And if God does not care then what do you have to fear in hell? So I killed him. I killed my father and I killed God. And in that moment I became God. I brought judgement upon all those filthy queers and whores who spent their days looking down on me, laughing at me, making me feel worthless. If your God will not judge the sinful then the new God will.

Alias: Hitchhiker
Name: none
Genre: parasitic spirit
Powers/Special Skills: possession
Special Weapons/Tools/Armor: none
Affiliations: none
Other Aliases: Omnis, Epidromeas, Geist Esser
Status: nearly finished with dormancy cycle
Bio:
The almost mindless ancient thing currently known as Hitchhiker has been around for millennia. This parasitic spirit is able to invade the mind of a living thing and feed off of its psychic energy, slowly driving the host insane before moving on to another unwilling host. The Hitchhiker is, in its own form, completely intangible and invisible, and has only been identified three times before now. In ancient Rome it was referred to as “Omnis,” meaning “everyone”; in ancient Greece it was named “Epidromeas,” or “invader”; and in 19th century Germany it was labelled “Geist Esser,” which roughly translates to “mind eater.” One of the few ways to identify a human possessed by the Hitchhiker is that a white streak forms in the host’s hair, and his/her pupil’s turn white for a few seconds when the parasite is either entering or exiting. There is no way to tell how many otherwise healthy people have had to be institutionalized because they were the victims of this horrible menace. The Hitchhiker must go dormant and sleep for a period of about 20 years after being active for about 100.

When Jeremiah Villa was sixteen he was kidnapped on his way to school by The Corporation. The Corporation experimented on Jeremiah and turned him into an android. However, he did not meet the expectations and was deemed a failed experiment. The Corporation decided to exterminate Jeremiah when he used the powers that The Corporation gave him to escape. Jeremiah’s freedom was short-lived as he proved he wasn’t a failed experiment. The Corporation is constantly tracking him down. Jeremiah finally got tired of running and stands his ground in Bedford Falls. There Jeremiah protects the townsfolk from The Corporation and the corrupt Mayor ‘Mad Man’ Martin as Database.

Personality: Although Jeremiah is a loner and feels uncomfortable in crowds, he wants to help people. He views his powers as a gift and as a curse. He feels that being made into an android made him too different to have any close relationships in his life. Even with some friends, Jeremiah feels like an outcast.

Cybernetic Strength: Jeremiah’s cybernetic body gives him immense strength and extraordinary endurance.

Technology Interfacing: Jeremiah can ‘speak’ and control technology of any kind. This can be from blenders, cell phones, cars, or even the internet itself. He also showed that he can connect to alien technology as well on some levels.

Before he joined up with the Nowhere Kids, Talon ran with two other young heroes named Goldhawk and Freebird. This trio used stolen alien technology (from the same ship Subject Zero crashed) to battle a corrupt politician who funded several masked villains. They were marginally successful in this endeavor but were blamed for the collapse of a building that resulted in several people being injured and almost killed. As the three were all minors, they were taken into protective custody while things were sorted out. Both Goldhawk and Freebird decided they had had enough of playing at being superheroes anyway and gave up their costumed identities to try and regain their normal lives by sorting out the legal mess they were in.

Talon, however, had no plans to stop fighting crime and escaped, later meeting up with fellow runaways, the Nowhere Kids. He stayed with the kids for quite some time, becoming a staple member as others came and went. Several months later, he learned that Goldhawk and Freebird had both managed to secure their freedom after proving that the collapse of the building was not their fault and that they were actually the heroes of the situation. While this technically meant that he too was innocent, he chose to stay with the Nowhere Kids and help them in their battle against the Labyrinth, while wishing his friends a happy and normal life.

Recently however, Talon learned that Goldhawk and Freebird have reappeared in their reacquired alien tech, protesting the current state of the country and styling themselves like some kind of revolutionaries. Their tactics have been far more violent and disruptive than Talon remembers them ever being and he has become concerned for the future of his friends.

Talon tracked down Goldhawk and Freebird to try and convince them not to go down a dangerous path. They countered by inviting him to join them on their quest for justice. Talon had no real taste for their new style of “freedom fighting” but couldn’t dissuade them from their current course.

Despite the emotional protests of his friend in the Nowhere Kids, Talon rejoined Goldhawk and Freebird in the hopes of keeping them in check.
