G.I Joe is today's topic at hand. I loved watching it, the characters were great. I have to say I was not to happy with some of the changes they made for the live action movie. I am happy that Road Block will be in the next movie with the Rock playing him. But back to the cartoon. Let's hear what you have to say about G.I. Joe.

I am starting a fight club on Friday nights. You can design up to six characters(for right now) to join the club. Three weight classes, Light, Medium, and Heavy. Light weight is under 300lbs. for males and under 200lbs. for females. Medium weight is 300lbs. to 600lbs. for males and 200lbs. to 500lbs. for females. Heavy weight will be 601lbs. to 1000lbs. for males and 501lbs. to 900lbs. for females. You are allowed a male and female character for each weight class. You do not have to enter all six characters if you don't want to. I am taking suggestion for the type of fight classes, Martial Arts with and without weapons would be two of the classes, and Bare Knuckles would be another class. Let me know what other classes you would like to see. Once we decide on the fight classes, you will choose which class you want your fighter to be in. The way the fights will go, after all the characters have been collected I will pick two from each weight class to fight each other, the fight classes will very each week. I will post a poll with the fight matches set up for you to vote on. You will not be voting on the characters design you will be voting on which character you think could kick the other one's butt in a fight. The fights will be random each each. The fights are just for fun, no big winner at the end. The design of your character does count, because you want your character to look like they could really kick butt. I will post the fight classes next Friday and the fights will begin the Friday(April 26) after that. So you have two weeks to work on your characters. After the fight classes are posted you can start posting your character for everyone to see. You will have until April 25 to post your characters, no characters after that date will be allowed to fight. At one point in time we may open up the club for new fighters to join. Anyone can enter characters for the fights, because they will be voted on in a poll. I don't know if I will enter fighters or not at this time. I think this will be a fun event. I hope to have a lot of people joining the club. I am looking forward to hearing what you have to say about the fights.

What do you think, are they kin? DC's Bumblebee and Marvel's Warp are the topics for today's afternoon post. I was trying to look up some information for another blog post and it got turn around and I ended up doing this. This is how it works, I will pick two or more characters from the DC and Marvel(because I know these best) that look like they may be kin. I'll post the characters and it is up to you to talk about them. Let us know if they were put in the same universe could they be related to each other. Being the first post for this, I am not putting out much information on the characters. If everyone likes it I will try to put more information for each character later down the road. Today we are talking sidekicks. For years Robin has been in Batman's shadow, but he is more then just that. There has been more then just one to wear the Robin costume and some of them have moved on to wear another costume. I think that Dick Grayson was the best, and I think he was done wrong, he should of been the one to fill in for Batman when Batman's back was broke. That is just something that has bugged me for years. So let's hear about what you like and/or dislike about Robin, and which Robin you like the best. Tell us about which costume you like and/or dislike the most. Give us your opinion on the direction that the Robins took after leaving Batman's shadow.

I personally prefer anime over most western cartoon. There is just something about Anime that appeals to me over most cartoons you see on us TV. Don't get me wrong there are a far number of cartoons that I enjoy but if given a choice of watching say Avengers: Earths Mightiest Heroes or Ranma 1/2 I will choose watching Ranma 1/2.

Today I am starting a Movie club. I'll post a movie category and it is up to you to watch one or more movies from it during the week. When I post the next week's post you will be able to post your reviews of the movies that you watched. So no reviews under today's post, but you can make movie category suggestions this week. There is a limit of 200 words(max) per review, this should keep them short enough. If you think you need spoiler alerts you can use them. I think this will be fun and it will also give everyone more insight as to what movies to try and watch.
