TrekkieParticipantI’m not sure, but the Phantom Shadow may be turning into one of my pet characters. I’m thinking that maybe there’s a network of them, or something like lots of different people all over the place who carry the Phantom Shadow identity? Some of them have powers, others don’t; some keep their identities very secret (maybe even from the others), and some are semi-public.
(All that just because I wanted to create a superhero wearing a scarf)
