That is because of the new rules of the forum. The copyright rules were being pushed to far. When you say that a character is based on a copyrighted character, it is no longer allowed and will be removed without warning.

I believe that the uniform is a dress uniform. There is a standard uniform jacket for daily wear.

Cool, medals can easily be looked up on line. They are a little hard to make them look half way real.
