CantDrawParticipantAh…the real reason Ben Franklin was experimenting with lightning…kidding. Very cool pic.

NugParticipantDern … it does look like Ben Franklin! 😛 Good eye, CD! Joking aside… what if you’re right? What if…
Thanks for your comment, man!

VampyristParticipantAwesome use of outlining! And he does look a bit like the old inventor.

NugParticipantThanks, Vampyrist! I have to thank Zyp for helping me figure out how to pull the outlining off… whether he knows he did or not. 😛

NugParticipantSo I was browsing through DA and found some awesome cyber armor pics. Then I seen this : http://ltluan.deviantart.com/art/Cyborg-266216981
And I thought to myself, I says “Self…You can try to pull that off in heromachine”
So after like 850 something layers and using the cyber torso armor Dblade hooked us up with here is my attempt…

cliffParticipantWOW! Nug! That is just phenominal!. It doesn’t look like a HM3, although I can tell it is.
November 10, 2014 at 3:26 pm #114701
NugParticipant@JR.. Lol I’m glad you like it, but the more I look at it the more I don’t. I wish the mouth would have been more like the original. And the hair… hmmm. Not sure what to do about it really.
@FM.. Thanks for you’re comment! Glad you like it! 🙂
November 10, 2014 at 3:29 pm #114704
NugParticipant@Cliff.. That means a lot, Cliff! I always say with enough patients I believe you can do anything with HM3… I now introduce “ram” after patients. 😛

RobMParticipantIt’s all impressive, but I’m mostly struck by the richness of the colors.
November 12, 2014 at 8:58 am #114825
NugParticipant@ Trekkie: Thanks, I’m glad you like it!
@CD: Thanks to you too, man. Means a lot!
@ RobM: Thanks, Rob! I had to use some custom colors, and a lot of alpha blending to get the visor the way I wanted. I think this may be the most color variation I’ve ever used on a piece.
