Your challenge this week is to create an original hero or villain based on a sport
The winner this week will receive a Heromachine 3 version of their winning character designed by me. Not the greatest award, but better than a cleat to the cup!

Rules for posts, contests, and challenges: Original characters only, no copyrighted characters, no characters based on copyrighted characters, no characters based on RPG’s or other games. The characters must be your own design and not based on any character that might be copyrighted in any way. Please keep all submissions PG13: full or partial nudity is prohibited. I have the right to delete any post that I believe crosses this line without warning. Only post characters that have been created solely using Hero Machine, and that you know for certain have never been entered in a contest before. If you aren’t certain, don’t enter it, because I’m not going to go back through all of the contests and check.
All entries must be in JPG or PNG form (BMPs are too big), posted to a publicly accessible website (like the HeroMachine :,ImageShack, Deviant Art or whatever);Do not use Photobucket.

So, as per our short poll last week, this week we are asking who you think is the greatest superhero team of all time.
As per usual, you can enter your own answers once per day and vote for as many teams as you wish per day. When adding your answers, if you are going to add a team that has had drastically different line up variations can you please specify which line-up you are nominating (for example; there have been two variations of the Guardians Of The Galaxy, one which ran during the 70's starting in 1969 consisting of Vance Astro, Yondu Udonta, Charlie-27, Martinex T'Naga and Stakar and Aleta Ogord, where as the one on the poll is the more recent and well known 2008 version featuring Star-Lord, Gamora, Rocket Raccoon, Drax The Destroyer, Groot and Adam Warlock). Voting will run until the 7th of September, so a week on Friday.

Guys, when was the last time I wrote a post? Okay, I can look that up easily enough but I think we can all agree it's been too long. Mostly because I've been working my butt off in available moments on cosplay. It's exactly 2 months now (2 months from TODAY is Day One of Bran-Con!) and I'm starting to feel the con-crunch. That might seem a little premature, but between a couple of intense weeks coming up at work (including hardcore training and then running a whole department to myself!) and school starting in a couple of weeks, I'm feeling the squeeze already. So here's a big ol' progress dump and lots of pictures.
