And the last three of these snake-like bits to Mouth-Standard as BakerDoc's prize for winning Character Contest 56:

    Sweet!

  2. Fendaan says:

I don’t think that there’s been anything posted recently that hasn’t been awesome and useful. I don’t have anything at the moment that needs a snake mouth, but I’m sure I will before long.

  3. Nick Hentschel says:

Can we ever have enough toothy, monstrous creepiness? Great job!

  4. ams says:

On the snake mouth with the tongue, wouldn’t it be better without it? You have given us a tongue to add if needed and the mouth sans tongue can be used for other creatures with the addition of the fangs. Possibilites……..

  5. Me, Myself & I says:

You know, the snake mouths are really neat but what I think is fantastic is the word ribbon / banner thing (whatever you call it). I can just see my coats of arms coming to life over here.

  6. The Imp says:

I agree with Fendaan – the last couple of weeks have been filled with HM Awesomeness.

I also agree with ams – having the snake mouth with tongue seems redundant when you have a perfectly usable separate tongue.

  7. Brad says:

Jeff,if you keep adding awesome, HeroMachine3 is going to reach critical mass. And I don’t think a single fan could be happier.

  8. Blazing Tornado says:

Haw, man. I just got one of my villains, Manakonda, done on Hero Machine last night! And now I have to redo him with that new sadistic snake smile!

  9. Jeff Hebert says:

The prize request was for a “snake mouth with forked tongue” so that’s what I did. I added the other two for flexibility while I was in there, but sure, I’ll add another one without the tongue. I hesitate to just edit the existing one because it was what Baker Doc specifically asked for.

  10. Jeff Hebert says:

OK, just uploaded an updated version that has the no-tongue snake mouth.

  11. ams says:

    Cool, thanks Jeff!

  12. BakerDoc says:

I like the idea of making mouth and tongue separate items. Actually, it fits very well with what I had in mind because I was thinking in using it not only for snake-like characters, but also for other monsters.
