So the remake of Resident Evil 2 dropped this week, and we got it. Which was unsurprising since I’d preordered it for the other half for Christmas since it’s his favorite of the series. So tonight we were talking about it and others we’d like to see redone this way, so let’s talk about that.

Hey everyone! I know I said I'd be back with a review for Godzilla, and I will get that out. However, work has been quite busy this week and then we got the news dropped on us that our con, for which we've been working our butts off (as you've seen) to get ready for, has been 'postponed until 2019' with no other information other than that. So, needless to say we've all been in a bit of a funk of disappointment since. I haven't even watched all the SDCC trailers and news yet. So, instead we're going to have a look at some fun things. Happy Halloween! In honor of my favorite holiday of the year, I thought I’d look at something in tune with the season. In gaming, there are a great many horror games, but even non-horror games can have scary or creepy moments. So let’s pay tribute to some of those today. Remember, I’m talking non-horror games, so no Resident Evil, no Silent Hill, no Dead Space, nothing like that. I’ve also left off Bioshock, as while not exclusively a horror game, has a lot of the same elements of one (man, getting down to Rapture and having a splicer scream and claw trying to get at you in your bathysphere… eep.). Some spoilers, too, as I can’t really talk about stuff that happens in-game without them. I’m not limiting myself to one per game, either, as some games have multiple instances of creepiness.
