Bio:
Scott was born with his mutant power, though it lay dormant until he hit puberty, already in a very rebellious stage. Eager to get what he wanted without having to work for it, Scott began a long crime spree, simply taking what he wanted when he wanted it. He was confronted by the Defenders, a superhero team, just as they were set upon by a shadowy villain group called the Gauntlet. Scott was able to escape with the Gauntlet, and thus he bacame known as the Electric Dragon.

Restrictions:
He needs to have his signature dragon tattoo (I made up this character long before the Stieg Larsson books became popular, just FYI), and IF you show his electricity, make sure it’s purple.
