Here is my take at it.

I gave him the powers of some sort of wizard. He has the ability to use ancient arts to create illusions and other types of spells.

Glad you brought this back, Blue Blazer!

Here’s my take.
I see him as a big city vigilante dressed like the neon light lit part of town he likes to patrol. Maybe someplace like Las Vegas or Times Square.

Blazing Blue Redesign Contest #7

PEACEKEEPER

Bio:
He was a police officer in the late 21st century, but he and his fellow cops were all replaced by robots when the Sphinx Foundation was contracted to develop non-human crime fighting units. But he was not ready to quit protecting the innocent, so he added on to his police uniform and became a superhero, utilizing training and gear he had attained during his many years on the force.

Restrictions:
Keep in mind that his costume needs to be a combination of cop and superhero. Given that he operates in the future, feel free to incorporate some high-tech gadgetry into his arsenal, but that is not required.
