In the process of cleaning up some hard drive space, I came across some body outlines I drew back in 2006. I cleaned them up a bit and provide them here for downloading and printing. These are not part of HeroMachine 3, they're just for folks who want to hand-draw (or use the computer with something like Paint if you want) outfits but need a body to hang them on.
These are all transparent PNGs so if you do want to use them in a painting application, they're easy to isolate from the background.
Cool, thanks!
These are great, I can’t wait to use them. Thanks Jeff.
Thanks, Jeff, they’re very cool. I’m sure lots of folks could find plenty of uses for them in HM3, too (hint hint) 🙂
I’m with Ximero: it would be helpful if you’ll upload them to HM3 for two reasons:
1) they can be used as bodies
2) they will be up and easy to find for as long as HM3 is up. Unlike a blogpost that will go down the blog and vanish.
If I put them in HM3, I have to do them without the heads, and all cut up into pieces (just the arms, just the legs, just the torso, etc.). It’s a pain in the butt and if I put them in just as-is, people complain that they don’t have pieces. It’s kind of not worth the hassle, honestly.
My vote (if it counts) would be to put them in as is. If ‘machiners want certain pieces, then they will have to brush up on their masking skills. It’s ok to sweat a bit and try and figure out unique pieces to add onto characters. No guts, no glory….
🙂
