Thanks HerrD. I created Black Hole in March 2013. So far it looks like the Marvel character first appeared in 2015. Still got some research to do.

Greetings Machiners! It’s been too long since I’ve been away, but after my Macbook crashed, things took a crazy spiral. Anyway I just wanted to post a pic that reflects what I would like to see in the future: Hero Machine3D! This is my girl, Amy Atom done in 3D on Soul Calubur V. I hope this post isn’t breaking any rules.

Definitely speechless in a good way, Brother! You killed it! And you are way too humble; Big Man looks FANTASTIC, as does everything you’ve done here!!! I haven’t bought a comic in years; not that I’ve outgrown them, but I am older and have very different priorities these days, mainly my computer nerd daughter, lol, but if I saw a book with your art on the cover, no BS, I WOULD HAVE TO PICK IT UP! Not much is publicly known about Maidenhead, except that she is one of the strongest women on Earth and uses that strength to bring swift, terrible justice to evil doers, with a particularly strong bias against those who abuse women and display misogynist tendencies. Many believe she was raised by Celtic Druids, others think she is an immortal ancient Roman priestess or oracle. Maidenhead herself has forgotten her land of origin and how old she really is. What she knows for sure and has learned of herself over her vast lifetime is that she was already ancient when Stonehenge was a budding idea in a long gone architect’s mind. That the tribe from which she came was long dead when the Sphinx and the Pyramids gleamed brightly in the desert with their original limestone coverings. That she is a mutant blessed with superhuman strength, agility, invulnerability and regenerative powers . And that her strength and eternal youth is tied to her virginity. Yes, Maidenhead, who is thousands of years old, has never known the touch of a man. She noticed early in her life she was stronger than most of those in her tribe and that she could defeat the mightiest warriors with ease. With the onset of puberty, she noticed a great decrease in her strength as she allowed herself feelings of attraction for a male. It can only be assumed she manage to remain a virgin by virtue of her great willpower as well as her physical strength. She has vast knowledge of arcane lore from around the world and in modern times has increased her knowledge of genetics in an attempt to better understand the nature of her power. For obvious reasons, she shares no details of herself with the other superhumans she has encountered, though she will ally herself with others for a greater cause. Because my screen capture is acting crappy, here’s a link to the page of the character I would next like to see you remix, Maidenhead. http://www.heromachine.com/forum/the-heromachine-art-gallery/my-new-creations/ post #7. Her backstory is in the spoiler to give a feel for the character. I so admire your work, man!

Dude, your style is outrageous! If you find the time and it piques your interest, have a shot at Big Man; I’m sure you can do that transformation way better than what I did. I’d also like to see your take on Miss X, my universe’s premier ass kicker, and the one everybody says they do not want to go up against, even though she has no super powers. Think Batman as a female, with no distaste for using guns. Sorry, but I don’t a solo pic of her saved in this laptop and lost all my data in my Mac. This thing I’m using till I get the Mac fixed has almost no RAM! Big-Man-1.PNGMiss-X-vs.-Sunburn.PNG

Professor Dwayne MacIntyre was born a dwarf, but thanks to very nurturing parents, never felt handicapped. What he lacked in stature, he more than made up for in intellect. A brilliant bio-physicist, he was recognized as one of the leaders in his field. Extensive experimentation with anabolic steroids and human growth hormones led him to make astounding advances beneficial to the medical field, particularly sports medicine. He discovered a way to make steroids safer without the increased rage and aggression side effects. After a great deal of experimentation on himself, he discovered a way to control the growth rate the drugs and hormones acted upon his body. Through extra work in bio-mechanics, he created his Mass Attuning eXo-suit, or M.AX. for short. After discovering the added benefits of increased strength and accelerated regenerative healing, he took on the persona of Big Man, becoming somewhat of a celebrity crime fighter. He has found himself being persued by the Organization For Meta-Human Affairs, in an effort to recruit him. He is leery of the Organization after seeing news accounts of the meta human known as Big Bitch, who went mad and rampaged through the city after volunteering for genetic enhancements, in the hopes of becoming a super-hero, and being turned into a 60 foot tall giantess.Big-Man.PNG

JR, you and Can’tDraw both raise excellent points, but call me a stickler, it just bugs the hell out of me that the main characters of both look so similar! And Can’tDraw, like you, it’s been a long time since I’ve read BoM, so I don’t want to really get any deeper in discussing the actual story in depth, at least not until I have a re-read. Thanks for the opinions, guys!

This is Akan, Favorite Son and Champion Defender of Ghana. Upon shouting the word of power “ASHANTI”, Akan is magically transformed from a young college student into the mightiest warrior Africa has ever known. He is granted the wisdom of the Ancestors, the strength of the Elephant, the courage of the Lion and the speed of the Impala. From now on, Akan is your character to use as you wish. Enjoy!http://www.heromachine.com/wp-content/legacy/forum-image-uploads/wndbassplayer/2014/07/Akan.PNG

I am soooooo jealous!!! I LOVE what you did with Blackshot! Totally blows away MY redesign, (no pun intended!) Please keep it coming! Also am totally feeling all your other work, especially the daughter inspired pic and the nameless Sister with the twin katanas!

Sunburn is about to find out the hard way about Miss X’s specialized custom ammo for invulnerable types and why Miss X is the Organization’s number one operative, even though she has no super powers. http://www.heromachine.com/wp-content/legacy/forum-image-uploads/wndbassplayer/2014/07/Miss-X-vs.-Sunburn.PNG

Thanks, Stulte. I’ll check to see if it’s already loaded in this thing. It’s already running slow, (Windows XP), and I don’t want to over tax it. Meanwhile I added some finishing touches to Amy.http://www.heromachine.com/wp-content/legacy/forum-image-uploads/wndbassplayer/2014/07/Amy-Atom.PNG BTW, this is the result of the exporting, which I must admit I like better than on the Mac. It came out in PNG and doesn’t have the type of border the Mac pictures had that I always cropped off.

EDIT: Click attachment for full image.
