THIS time, I'll ask for the same three tails, but I want a coin on the 'heads' side. That is to say, at least a profile / front-face / angled headshot on a coin with indicators of coin value and who the pictured schmuck is. If you do not choose modern American English, you must provide a translation along with any backstory you wish to include. I like backstories. Any picture you make up, you should be able to pretend you know what to say about it.
Because I want to see a coin's side that is both heads and tails! Do not depict actual size, please. Take up my screen and ONLY my screen.

Claws within claws are an interesting mutation. (Brown-out prevented me actually submitting on time. Familial issues prevented me dealing with all the thick outlines as well as I could.

Marcie Gordon/Siren: A former street ruffian who chose life before the mast over rotting in a jail cell, Marcie is the standout example of a hardboiled fiery redhead; she is coarse, mean-tempered, possibly a bit unhinged, and the rest of the Seafarers are left wondering just how the hell they're supposed to deal with her. On the other hand, Marcie isn't entirely devoid of decency; she's slowly recognizing that saving people tops robbing them in every way, and she reserves whatever kindness she has left for her fellow crewmates. She's especially close with twins Flotsam and Jetsam and the ship's medic/crackpot inventor Bilge; as much as she pushes him around and despite Bilge's fear of her, Marcie can't help but love his sweet nature...
Marcie Gordon/Siren is capable of shifting from a human to mermaid form whenever she dives into the water, and back to human when she climbs back on dryland. She is the fastest and most effective swimmer of the Seafarers, capable of bursts of speeds reaching up to 44 knots. Her TRUE power, however, is centered around her voice; she can place a hypnotic trance on anyone who hears her singing and lure them to her, and can project her voice at incredibly high distances, letting enemies hear her from miles away. She is also capable of a sonic scream that can reach an amplitude powerful enough to shatter buildings.
In accordance with every Seafarer representing an aspect of the sea, Siren represents the myth of the creatures that are her namesake; dangerous creatures who lured sailors to their doom.
Dylan and Christopher Bruso/Flotsam and Jetsam: Twin brothers who work as deckhands for the Silent Sunrise... and the team jokesters. Whatever prank, whatever kind of mischief you can think of, chances are these ankle-biters have already gone and done it, causing the Seafarers no small amount of grief. However, no matter how frustrating the team finds the twins, they understand the boys have nowhere else to go and make sure they have a place to stay. Thankfully, the twins are also very impressionable, and only time will tell if they can be raised into becoming true team players with their fellow crew.
By touching their hands together, Flotsam and Jetsam can create a devastating oceanic storm capable of smashing entire fleets apart; as long as they maintain contact, the storm will continue.
In accordance with the Seafarers each representing a certain aspect of the sea, Flotsam and Jetsam emulate shipwrecks.
In a post-apocalyptic world where climate change has wreaked havoc across the world, extreme weather conditions are common place and resources are scarce, human society has collapsed and fragmented into small, fractious groups of varying ideologies and means of survival, each self contained and, for the most part, self sufficient. However, not every group can produce everything that their community may need or want and that is where the Renegades come in. Renegades are small groups, usually unaffiliated with the larger communities, that have means to travel between these communities to acquire goods and services for other communities. How this is achieved varies between Renegade groups, some use contracts or bartering, some use violence and others prefer plain old fashioned theft. Each group lives and dies by their own code of ethics and competition is fierce. If you can't get the goods you don't get the rewards, usually food or fuel.
Our particular group are known as the '86' Renegades, due to the number each member has marked on their back, though it isn't entirely clear what the number is a reference too, if anything at all. The group consists of Night Streamer (orange/ blue), the weapons and electronics expert, her sister Venus Hunter (pink/ green), the mechanic and driver, Mr. X (yellow/ black), the negotiator and navigator as well as field medic (though for serious injuries Renegades will usually rely on one of their assistant communities) and Ruby-Star (black/ red), the explosives expert (who it has been noted seems to be able to pull a stick of dynamite out of thin air on any occassion, not that this seems to be of any surprise to their team-mates at all), as well as a dog nicknamed Scout, who seems to have adopted the team and acts as the groups early warning system, hence the name. This team specialize in "cracking"; breaking into old abandoned facilities and looting the goods from them.

Here is Shade, an assassin who can teleport himself and objects he's touched. He is an expert with knives. The shadowy smoke that accompanies his teleportations and his ability to evade detection earned him his moniker. He is one of the top assassins on the planet and he is known for only killing his targets. He has crossed paths with heroes several times and has an oddly friendly relationship with Alpha.

French hero Spectrum has become one of the best. With an assortment of powers associated with the different colours of his aura, Spectrum has captured the hearts of people across the world....Those who don't know him personally at least. Those people would tell you that he is a petulant, narcissistic, grouch with serious authority issues.
Regardless, Spectrum is a true force for good and can be counted on to help anyone in need...Eventually.
