Great characters, Funkmachine! I’m a big fan of the ‘era’ your making a lot of these characters from. Well done on all the characters I’ve seen so far.

I was wondering if the way the Hoplites are standing if that is a hint at their ‘phalanx’ tactics?
To be honest that’s just the easiest way to fit them in shot.
The idea of an era does appeal to me but some of them are vaguely historical, most the one’s of Genovefa which is meant to be set around 60 AD but just because there’s Romans in it.

And Sveirj the viking, well a viking.
Scale Mail. Great use of armor. Is she a fawn with those hooves?
Kind of, well she pretending to be a horse.
Basically it part of the horse nomads myths.
There for ever trying to hide there footstep from the ground so that the earth god can’t find them.
They use horse hoofs as part of a deal with the horse god.

Kewl story and illustration for it. I SO wouldn’t want her after me.
I wouldn’t her after me ether she not normal that woman…

Glad to see you’re still around. I have liked everything you’ve ever posted I believe. No difference here. Great design, color, poses for the personalities.

Very kewl on Oscar Esquivel/ the concept reminds me of one of mine. Steel. I have made him for every RP I’ve ever played.

Theodore. Love the bits you used for his techo armor.

Megumi. Love that smile, and what a wonderful gown.

Claire Reynolds is adorably cute. Well done1

The Judge’s personality comes through very well In his hooded cape as a Judge/Executioner.

Likewise on Megumi. Effective insigna considering her poser works in “burts”

Glad you are still around. I love your art and backstories.

Woohoo! Cyrus background stuff!

The family photo is awesome! You totally nailed that entire picture, Cliff. All their expressions are wonderful. You made the entire baby look like a baby. Every time I look at the baby I laugh because it’s just so well done and the entire picture is just ‘happy’. Way to go on that one!

The Teenager pic- I feel bad for him in a way as it looks like he’s waking up from a really rough night of.. I’m not sure what.

Cop and Detective pic- Good overall pictures here. Great colors and outfit. I like the McCloud name tag (looks possibly stitched on), glad you have that in there. I like how he is clean shaven/cut in this pic and then in the Detective one he has grown the facial hair and the head of hair is longer.  Great pose and outfit on the detective pic. It shows an attitude and a confidence about him. Great pictures, my friend! Keep them coming. I’m hoping to see a pic of the Museum thief/cop killer.

Nice picture of the Galatian. The underwater scene is amazing, Cliff.. as is expected of your backgrounds. Just so much depth (no pun intended) in that scene, awesome job!

@ JR – Thanks for that! It’s most appreciated.

@ Cliff – No worries on the shoulder pad, my friend! Those feathers made it a ‘busy’ area. As far as poses go, I’m improving on those. I have a really cool one that will be posted soon that I just finished about 5 days ago. He’s probably my favorite one yet (the character, not so much the background).

That whole background was created because you inspired me to give a little more ‘pep’ to them and because I know I should produce something better than just a basic graphic. I’m glad you mentioned the TV Alert, thank you! That was a fun little thing to make. Thanks for all the compliments, my friend!

Axe woman Amalie is very kewl .. well warm now I guess with trousers 🙂

Emaile with hostage.
Kewl story and illustration for it. I SO wouldn’t want her after me.

Everyone needs A Day at the Beach and a brake from being vigilantes.. Gotta love taking an umbrella to the beach to keep the sun off you. I guess it is done laying out, but walking with it is kinda funny. 🙂
Katherine Lee, if that is her with the booze, doesn’t look like she is relaxing yet with that face expression. :).

Sveirj the viking. Wonderfully done.

The two stripped girls are kewl.

Cale Mail. Great use of armor. Is she a fawn with those hooves?

I think the hair style works for her. kewl skull weopons

Good work on the 3 Hoplites

Sarim. I am sorry I missed the shoulder pad. I know see the strap under the arm. Always keep in mind … I’m legally blind so sometimes I miss things. So if I make a comment that seems weird, it could well be that, and feel free to correct me as you did.

Tiger-Li-. AMAZING. Once again I hate you. In a good way. 🙂

I seem to remember that you said not too long ago you couldn’t do poses. You FIBBED! ‘Kewl character and pose and colors . Somehow it reminds me of a sumi-e painting almost. Nice Chi glow effects. I just noticed  the tiger face coming from his face. I saw the shoulder tattoo and loin cloth tigers  right off. Kewl work on the backgrounds 🙂

Quartz. Amazing. Great character and mid transformation effect! And love the costume and  thought and effort you put in the background. 🙂 Kewl Alert on the TV too.

You are doing beautifully.

BTW there are more London Fog over on my page as you asked for. Sorry about the shameless plug.

Dude, that’s pretty awesome. The crystallisation effect works really well

Reply To: Tiberius' Character Emporium

This is my first attempt at creating a superhero who is in mid-transformation. It’s a pretty basic pose because I knew this was going to be a lengthy process and I didn’t want to make this whole attempt take much longer than it did.

He just got back from a late night jog. His costume is in the background as he is just getting the alert to ‘change’ and suit up.  For now I’m calling this guy, Quartz.
