Jade Emperor: Lin Yong Zhou

Many thousands of years ago, in what would later become known a the country of China, Lin Yong Zhou was revered as one of the greatest mortal sorcerers of the ancient world. His magic was so great that some even worshiped him as a god and claimed he had a hand in the creation of the world and the human race. However, Zhou tried to be benevolent and kind with his power. He aided the Four Heavenly Beasts created many of the guardian spirits of nature to help mankind, including the zodiac spirits, who were put in charge of watching over time and the birth of new life. But there was one thing that Zhou’s magic could not do, save himself or those he loved from dying. He became more and more bitter as he watched more and more people die from disease and age and he vowed never to let death take him. Given as there was no magic that could halt death indefinately, he turned to the next best thing, using it to steal the lives of others. He claimed the lives of many of the spirits that he had created in his quest for immortality, bringing about the wrath of the Four Heavenly Beasts. But so great was his magic that even the Beasts could not defeat him directly.  However, the Beasts were cunning. They hid the remaining spirits, including the 12 Zodiac Animals, away, far outside of China, in an attempt to wait out Zhou’s remaining life. Knowing this, and knowing he has little time remaining, Zhou has become more desperate in his methods. Where he once only stole the lives of those he created, he will now kill any who stand in his way. Even those who serve him are not safe from giving him what little extra life they can offer.

Good to see that your extended absence hasn’t dulled your skills. Though it would be prefered if your next absence (should there be one) could be somewhat less lengthy.

Or, in English: Holy (Explitive), those are amazing! Don’t you ever leave again, you understand!

😉

One of my older characters. The man with many souls, Nick Arkham.

This is an older piece. I hope you all don’t mind, but I will be posting a lot here 😉

I’m not a fan of how muddy the hair looks. I also studied how AMS colored faces, was trying to attempt it. AMS I have to say is one the Machiners that inspires me and learn from.

ReJen in action. This was more of an experimental pose and action.

ReJen!

Jennifer has the ability of rapid cellular regeneration, which is was an ability granted from mutation of a gene when she was born. It didn’t reach its full potential of nearly instant healing until she was put through a devastating accident, which in return activated the superhuman healing. This ability grants her to live far beyond a normal being whilst retaining her youthful looks. It also provides her with strength beyond what a normal human being is capable of due to the constant healing of muscles from being torn. She is a part of the NYPD and her friend urged her to take up crime fighting as a vigilante. Jen sees it as ridiculous and hardly wears a “costume”, only a mask to hide her face adequately. Her friend suggested she go by the name ReJen as a joke due to her regenerative abilities and her name being Jennifer. It eventually stuck.

Rejen is more of an anti-hero as she is a brutal crime fighter. She is as intelligent as she is brutal. She is a very deadly weapon with her abilities, gifts of being a skilled fighter, and her determination.

I haven’t posted in a long while to this page. I have a ton of work to dump out here!

My first creation is Rage. A kid with a vast amount of power that becomes more powerful as he gets more angry and the human fight or flight kicks in. He’s an antihero with anger issues to say the least.

The belts for all of Guillotine’s knives are really well put together. Great work all round, as usual.
