At the bottom of the reply box there’s a Choose File button. That’s how you can choose files from your computer to upload to the forums. If you’re uploading from another site then you do much the same as the contests, you copy the url for the picture and paste it into the Insert/ Edit Image box that comes up if you click the last button on the top bar of the reply box. Hope this helps.
