I’m surprised I never posted to this thread. I know I’d seen it before and meant to. Anyway, this is Taydile Kett, wizard of the High Hills, a fellow with both human and fairy ancestry. He’s the narrator/protagonist of a story I’ve been working on off and on (mostly off, sadly) since … 1991 or 1992. (Trying to get a fire lit under me to finalize a draft even now. Ever had an idea when you were really young that you thought was really cool at the time but are kind of embarrassed by now, yet you still feel attached to it? That’s a big part of the problem with fixing this plot.)
I’m going to have to say Robert Maclaighean. He’s a vital character from the alternate history setting I’m working on (basically he’s one of the aspects that cause this version of history to be wildly different from ours). He’s not the hero of the setting, but he’s not a villain either
I also always like characters who constantly go through changes. Maclaighean goes from foppish brat to whiny foot soldier to badass officer to tactical revolutionary to rebellious freedom fighter to bitter despot. Reality catches up with him, and all he has fought for crumbles to dust in his fingers.
First time posting here and new to hero machine. Dont know id this would be a signiture character but at least an idea for a baddie still a work in progress. no name for him yet but he is an entity summoned by a dark wizard and is very strong in the dark arts he can turn into smoke to move quickly he fights with both magic and melee altough his melee weapons are spirt weapons of sort think weapon summing in elder scrolls
If I were to focus one only one (and most the time I do), it’d be this guy.
Adraxis. A former English knight of an ancient realm foolishly sought out glory by slaying a dragon, only to be tricked into being turned into one himself by a sorcerer. He was able to kill the sorcerer before the spell was completed though, leaving him a dragon/man hybrid. Most notably, he has massive wings coming from his back as well has small horns on his head, claws, and dragon’s eyes. On top of incredible flying abilities, he also is amazingly strong and fast, has heightened senses, and can create fire from nothing, even by breathing it out if need be. He has lived through the ages and helps when he can but usually lives a solitary life.
If I had a choice to be remembered for just one of my characters, it would have to be…

He was one of the first characters I made after my old account broke and I lost all my old characters. He is also one of my first character who was not a ninja and wore mostly custom made clothes and weapons. After I made him I fell in love with him and have been constantly tweaking him. His original preset wolf helmet was changed to be something resembling a gas mask with angel wings on the top. I think he is so cool and I would love if one of you guys who is more experienced would help me make him look better with either tips, tricks, help, or just making your own version and showing it to me. Also incase the photo does not show up above I have it as an attachment as well.
