    This is a stupid thing to say, but I find it absolutely hilarious that so many of your characters have U.R.S.A as their main enemy. You see… U.R.S.A happens to be the name of the Finnish astronomy association…

    I like him and Ursa also means bear and a symbol of the old soviet union was the bear, so it still works as an American enemy.

    I think Ursa is also the name of a constellation of stars, which is also known as bear (“Karhu” in Finnish).

    All true which is one reason why he became the main villain, also Ursa worked out nicely in a acronym. General created him as a way to defeat the United States Alliance if they went rouge after a few months a new faction of the KGB stoled him and activated him to defeated the Alliance in the name of Mother Russia. As they messed with the programing to get him to kill they turn him completely insane though he still cannot kill the Russians did get a super agent in their ranks.
