    Another for the blog contest

    Making DesBot 56 was so fun that I had to make another. So I came up with this idea that there is this alien civilization that is small in number but very technologically advanced. To rule over the planets they conquer they build these Desbots.

    This is Desbot Yellow 07.

    I’m really enjoying the unified style of these fun-loving murderbots, both in their designs and in the framing. Not to be too pretentious, but it seems like a developmental leap in your personal style that you showed hints of in the handful of characters right before them.

    That is so KICKASS!! I think you are the new master of highlighting/shading technique with that pic. We ‘ll have to call it “generalizing” or something. AWESOME!

    –yes, your brightnessing is quite good. I suppose one of the DesBots is now consulting? I wonder if you’ll catch a shot of them deliberately making an organic character look less lifelike?

    Shock Girl looks incredible! I love her costume and that lighting effect on her glove with the electricity is to die for. Smile
