    Name: Allen Firth

    Genre: Superhero

    Powers/Special Skills: none

Special Weapons/Tools/Armor: Ecto-inhibitor gun; ecto-proof suit and helmet; spectral vision visor

    Affiliations: Brainstorm Industries

    Other Aliases: none

    Status: active

    Bio:
Allen had what some may call the best job in the world. He worked for the megacorporation Brainstorm Industries, testing their state-of-the-art experimental technology. If the scientists build it, Allen will strap it on, shoot it, stick his hand in it, what have you. He is as fearless as crude and always ready with a dirty joke.

But Allen’s most recent test was that of the ghost hunting variety. The research and development team at Brainstorm came up with a small gun that could fire “ecto-inhibitor” blasts, enabling its wielder to melt ghosts right out of the air. This came with a suit that blocks a degree of the same ecto-energy, keeping its wearer relatively safe from attack from spirits, and the helmet comes with a visor capable of showing the wearer those harder-to-see ghosts.

When he was first tasked with brandishing these new toys, Allen hit the streets seeking out aggressive spirits and neutralizing them. But word of his dealings got around to something far more sinister and powerful than he was ready for, what Allen calls the “Mudder of all Ghosts”. He now has a very mean and very angry enemy in this ancient spirit, and he’ll do what he can to either destroy it, or at least avoid being destroyed by it.

    Real Name: Clive Terry
    Genre: Superhero
Powers/Special Skills: super strength, stamina, durability
    Special Weapons/Tools/Armor: none
Affiliation: Citizens’ Hero League (Charlie Squad)
    Past Aliases: none
    Status: deceased
    Bio:

Despite being born with superhuman strength, Clive was all but lost among the many similarly-powered superheroes in Ford City until the horrifying first days of the Interdimensional War. The monstrous inhabitants of the Hellgate Dimension, a penal dimension where all of the multiverse’s most unsavory creatures were imprisioned, found a way to break out of their world and into their own. Because the threat these beasts caused was so substantial, an emergency action plan was created in which ordinary citizens were temporarily given superpowers in an effort to beef up the ranks of human resistance. They were split up into teams, and each team was led by an already established superhero. Clive was put in charge of Charlie Squad. In the heat of battle, during which Charlie Squad wasn’t making noticeable headway in the war, a “cinder bomb” was launched into the midst of his team. Clive selflessly threw himself upon the bomb, absorbing the brunt of the blast as well as the catastrophic decomposition effects of it. Despite his incredibly durable skin, Clive was turned to ash, but he had saved his team. Charlie Squad went on to be the most influential team in the eventual victory over the Hellgate creatures.

Displaying the same powers, he fought alongside his dad as a sidekick for a while before growing weary of playing second banana and adopting the name Ultimate Man after striking out on his own.

When Mr. Ultimate died, leaving a leadership gap in Hero Corps, Jonathan reluctantly accepted the offer to step in. He would lead the team for decades to come.

    Alias: Amazonia
    Real Name: Helena McKnight
    Genre: Supervillain
Powers/Special Skills: super strength, stamina, durability
    Special Weapons/Tools/Armor: none
    Affiliations: Wildwolf, Lockjaw, Sinister Society
    Other Aliases: none
    Status: at large
    Bio:
Helena was once a member of a secret superhuman race hidden deep within the Brazilian rainforests. This was a society completely dominated by the incredibly powerful females, who used their vast strength to enslave any male offspring they had bore. For some reason, the men in this race did not exhibit the same super strength as the women.
But one afternoon, when Helena was hunting in the thick forests surrounding the Amazon city, she came upon a man who looked almost half-animal, rooting through the low-growing vegetation for small animals to eat. He was nothing like the weak men that her race used for reproduction and hard labor. He was fierce and savage, and he reeked of pure masculinity. Helena could not deny her attraction to this beast man, and she let him lead her to a crude shacks he’d built, where they made love. For several weeks they continued to meet at this place, secluded from everything, until before too long Helena began to demonstrate the obvious signs of being pregnant.
Since Amazonian women were not allowed to mate before the age of 24, and because Helena was only 22, she was brought before the high council. It was decided that Helena would be banished from the tribe, and that the baby would be drowned in the mighty river. Horrified that her people would do this to her, Amazonia confronted and killed the leader of the race, and fled with the wild man she’d met in the forest. He seemed to possess not only the appearance of a beast, but also the keen senses of an animal. He could hunt like no other human she’d ever seen, though he never spoke until one day, after they had traveled north together for several weeks, he began to talk to her. She also noticed that he appeared less hairy and that his posture seemed to improve.
The man was finally able to explain to Helena that he was an uncommon type of werewolf. His transformation to wolf-form only happened once a year and lasted 2 months. He lived in America and his name was Nathan McKnight. He traveled to the remoteness of the Amazon wilderness to keep from killing the society he was in. Nathan finally resumed full human form by the time they reached the U.S. border in Mexico, and he was able to sneak Helena through. He then took her to meet the Sinister Society, of which he was a member. He told her that she could join too, and would have protection for herself and the baby if she promised absolute loyalty. Thus, Helena became a super villainess more out of necessity than desire. She and Nathan, codenamed Wild Wolf, were married two months later and before long, their son Elliott was born. This little boy would eventually grow to become the villain Lockjaw.

Grown men were stunned by the teenager’s gift, and couldn’t believe they were bested time and again by her. Word of Amberlin’s talent reached the ears of Ezra Zane, the director of the government-funded supergroup Americorps, and he approached Amberlin for recruitment. An avid patriot, Amberlin was more than happy to oblige, and so she became Amber Waves and joined the numerous ranks of Americorps.

    Name: Amelia Delacroix
    Genre: Superhero
Powers/Special Skills: Bone manipulation, rapid healing factor
    Special Weapons/Tools/Armor: none
    Affiliations: Power House
    Other Aliases: none
    Status: in training
    Bio:

Amelia’s parents discovered her power when their daughter was only 4. In a tantrum, Amelia had thrown herself crying onto the floor of the Delacroix living room. Her mother tried to pick her up and was suddenly scratched on the arm deep enough to need 12 stitches. As she held her bleeding arm, she noticed a small, thin white object sinking into the skin of Amelia’s fingertip.
She was taken to the doctor, who found nothing wrong with Amelia nor anything embedded in her skin that didn’t belong there.
But over the years, it became apparent that Amelia had something special about her. When she became angry, which was more and more frequent as she got older, she seemed to be able to push her bones out through her skin in spikes, making incredibly sharp points. When the bones receded into Amelia’s body, the resulting wounds healed themselves quickly, as did any other injury Amelia suffered.
Amelia was kept at the house and home-schooled to keep the anti-mutant world from finding out about her, and her mother endured the cuts and slashes she received as a result of her daughter’s seemingly limitless rage. When she turned 13, Amelia’s mother was incredibly relieved to be able to put her daughter at Power House.
As was typical, Amelia saw this as negative and that her mother was abandoning her, which only fueled her resentment for the world. She is soon to graduate from the school, but still needs someone to teach her to curb her rage.

All five were the children of heroine Lady Liberty, a golden age member of Team Justice in the 50’s and 60’s. Tired of the lack of attention from her mother, Kate studied all forms of martial arts and created a red, white, and blue suit and took to the streets with a long bo staff. She showed remarkable tenacity and agility, and became a symbol for American hope everywhere. She hopes to one day take her rightful place as heir to her mother’s patriotic legacy.

    Special Weapons/Tools/Armor: bo staff
Affiliations: Freedom Four, Lady Liberty, American Girl
    Past Aliases: None

    Bio:
Later in her career, Lady Liberty volunteered her womb in order to birth a superior hero. The seed of four men, each possessing a quality necessary to make the perfect offspring, was combined and inserted into Liberty during an experimental operation. However, instead of giving birth to one son, Liberty had quadruplets, each displaying the personality traits and genetic advantages of one of the “four fathers.” Now the four brothers, in their early-thirties, fight evil together as the Freedom Four, picking up where their mother left off.
American Man is the leader of the brothers. His weapon of choice is the bowstaff. He displays personality traits like courage, sensitivity, and responsibility. Of the four, he has the best relationship with his sister Kate, AKA American Girl.
