After a busy summer the Whiz Bang Dispenser is back on track. I've started working on the prize items again. Normally I would just post in the forums but since they are down for the time being I thought it would be prudent to remind the Machinists that I'm still here and producing items. Here is a working draft of Candruth's prize. Leg armor that matches an existing torso piece (included in this sample).
Beautiful as always, dblade!
Thanks, Jeff! I hope no one minds that I posted a working draft. I just didn’t want anyone to worry that I was missing in action. 🙂
AH! I love this so much!
Great! I will add one side into HeroMachine for more flexibility.
Missing in Action??? We’ve sent the dogs out looking for you a couple of times. Great to know you’re still around.
Are you going to enter the piece completed both sides? I recommend that you cut it in half and enter it that way. Then you widen the utility of the item and it can be used as a shoulder piece, head gear, anything you can think of. Also if ‘machiners are going away from the standard pose, you wouldn’t have to mask it at all. Hopefully you take this into consideration when you are done.
Wow! We sent our comments at the same time. Good to hear that you are going with the half.
Amazing as always!
Wait. Was I supposed to send dogs? Yikes. If anyone sees movement in a puddle, don’t go near it without some chum to toss in, okay?
I’m looking forward to using half of that, so thanx, man.
Even better. Thanks!
can’t seem to find these…where exactly are they to be found?
I don’t believe they are live yet, dblade usually posts an image of his work in progress to the forums before he does the finishing touches and adds them to the program. With the forums offline he has posted his work in progress update to the blog for the time being. Once these go live he will make another announcement.
I updated the Flash files, so hopefully this leg armor and the world map I put together for Stulte will be pushed through the next time the HeroMachine sets update.
Yep. I’ll try not to clutter the blog posts in the future with these works in progress and stick to making announcements when they actually go live. I made this the exception to sort of announce my return to work and give people hope that their prizes would actually be finished and added to the Machine.
Wow, this is really nice. Thank you both, guys! 😀
