Inspired by an AMS comment, I've just added the following items to HandRight-Standard:
Basically the idea behind these is that you can use them to simulate holding an object without having to use masking, since you can only mask one thing to one other thing at a time. So for instance, you can use the first two to put a rifle in a character's hands with just layering -- all the parts that would be covered in the hand are just not there in the first place.
If this works and there are other hands you'd like to see get the same treatment, let me know.
Nice feature. Now we can use those AND masking and have people grappling for the gun!
Really great idea! Wish I’d have had that when I was first starting out. Then again, I’m probably better at this now as a result of learning masking.
Any chance we can some jaws that are separate from the rest of the head? I got an idea for a race of people with really sharp jaws, but I’ve got to do some serious masking to make that happen. Ooo, necks would also be awesome.
These are great! Thank you so much. Another plus now is you can mask patterns onto the hands. Love it!
