His backstory is great!

The spider, perhaps a brown recluse, has a great, simple costume.

Sahkash is terrifying and I love overseer. He has such a good costume, it is so classically heroic.

I also like her costume. I really like the subtle patterning on it, it makes it seem more realistic. The arm glow is also simple but effective.

Nice. Thanx, FM!

Just in case I wasn’t clear, I made a copy of the Q’s available. They are laid out  according to the order hm3 has them listed. I may have given too many choices. An extra point should be given to any coherent pic where none of them are used as symbols, but objects. Remember: due 10/4/16 2pm EST, hopefully to be judged by 8pm.

Excellent! I love the design of her costume and the “arm glow”.

Thanks everyone and Tiberius, it’s a combo communications device/translator. I know I’ve been gone the last couple of weeks, but college is really eating up all of my time. There’s so much work that I haven’t really been able to sit down and machine.

Any way, here is something I made, an alien race known as the Gheldt (like ghost and veldt). The Gheldt are one of the founders of the Galactic league, though they retained their own space fleet. As a species, they tend to be proud, noble, and intelligent.

Well here you go, it turn out i’m going to write some Si-Fi…

“Well lady’s what do we have here? An Offworlder, out side of space town.
You know the quarantine code says that’s a death crime space man.
Now keep your hands where i can seem, Cyndry search him, see if we have to call in for back up?
Ok what’s your name and entrance number?”

“see if we have to call in for back up?”

That meant do you have money for the bribe.
Hendricks froze up, he wasn’t meant to be shaken down by the local cops, he was an agent of the Solar Investigation Bureau, not some captain of flying scrap heap.

A pair of eyes flashed in the darkness
“I see you’ve found some trouble already, Hendricks.” it was a woman’s voice, with a thick off planet accent he couldn’t place.

Then he saw her, bright green eyes and crimson hair, the pair of jaggaed claw marks across her face.
As she stepped from the shadow he could see the rest of her, tall and lithe with legs long and lean,a body tuned to perfection, built to be a human killing machine.
Freydis

“Freydis the Claw! I should of known it would be you. Send a gene freak to hunt a gene freak…

I’m baaaaaaack!

Well technically I never actually went anywhere. I just haven’t been creating anything. But I finally stopped being indecisive and bought a new laptop. Unfortunately, after buying said laptop, I sat down to create something and found myself stumped.

Creative block is a bitch.

But after a while of getting nothing done, I decided to take a break from doing nothing and started playing DC Universe Online. Some of you already know I play that game and some of my favourite characters like Bad Dog and Screwball Lucy were born there. It has been a source of creativity for me in the past and fortunately it has been again.

My newest DCUO character is the bad ass sorceress, Midnight Enigma, who is rapidly making her way onto my list of favourite characters.

This design was pretty simple and I’ve used a lot of these elements before but here’s hoping it provides a catalyst to get me into creating regularly again.
