Dante Brosshollow/Dust Devil: A former member of a drug cartel and the Nightlighter people are most surprised to find out is a Nightlighter. He's like the peyote hallucination trip from Beavis and Butthead do America given a human form. He's like Eren Yeager turned loose on the open road after 20 years without killing any Titans. He's like Trevor Phillips on even more crack. He thinks men can get pregnant. Point is, he's a screaming lunatic. But he's also one of the most intelligent and observant superheroes Atlas has produced, and when the chips are down, he always pulls through for his buddies.
Dante can generate a tornado around himself, the strength of which depends on his adrenaline; he relies on an air-based drug to increase his adrenaline, which in turn can create a cyclone that ranges from a mild swirl of wind to a F5 twister.
I've been wondering the same thing. I sent a question to the guy who created this wonderful program, but I haven had a response back.
I don't want this to go away. I've been using it for so long.
I regret to inform you all that this guy has escaped my brain and now you all have to deal with him.

Beneath Emerald City on the west coast of the United States lies the Undercity. A long-forgotten relic of Emeralds history that was paved over and built on top of after extensive flooding in the 1800s. The Undercity gives much-needed shelter to Emeralds large homeless community but also vermin packs, criminals and violent psychopaths.
And something much more insidious.
In the deepest and darkest part of the Undercity lurks a being known as Danny Longlegs. A name that was given to him by the homeless community who live nearby. They spread tales of this slender man with elongated limbs who walks on spindly spider legs that protrude from his spine. His constant and creepy grin makes him even more frightening.
While Danny Longlegs is certainly a dangerous presence, he seems to have established a mostly working relationship with the homeless community. If they regularly bring him a share of whatever food they get their hands on, he keeps them safe from the other threats of the Undercity.
It's hardly an ideal situation but it's certainly better than being murdered in your sleep by a random psychopath or, even worse...Danny Longlegs himself.
