RobMParticipantWe’re really taking these puns to the hilt, aren’t we?
RobMParticipant@WMDBASSPLAYER said: OK, I got you RobM. Thanks again. Also, @Herr D, I read that segment of Artist of War. Pretty cool! I like how Nate kept the spirit of the character intact. RobM, how is this one? EDIT: This pic was done before I saw your latest comment, RobM. That looks good. RobMParticipantResults time. The contest comes down to Herr D and Keric’s Hidden Camera (my favorite prog rock band). I like the story-telling for both. I also like the misappropriation of the “basket” items. The neckwear item as foil wrap around the potted plant In Keric’s piece is especially clever. And I like the pistol items as eyeglass lenses. I suppose it comes down to which appealed to me most; and since I’m a sucker for a man in an ascot with many rings, I chose Herr D. Congrats and pick your items.
RobMParticipantTry messing with the % gray and/or the alpha %s on the background rectangle. Also, I forgot to mention to do the cityscape’s line color as something like 50-55% gray. Here’s an example.
