Hey guys how are you? I miss this community. Too bad my new internet connection really sucks. Won’t be ablt to go on machining for a while.
Welcome back PR! And that sucks a lot man, your machining is awesome. Hope it speeds up soon! When it does, would you like to take back on working on Versions? I just stepped in on accounts of this thread being inactive as I thought it was a great idea. Once more, welcome back. Cheers!March 29, 2014 at 9:19 pm #34927
I hope you don’t mind, but here is my take on WMD’s Moonstar.
Very cool Vampyrist!March 30, 2014 at 8:30 am #34934
Vampy, that is f****n’ HOT!!! I LOVE IT! Don’t mind at all! I encourage this! Love the new costume, (I might have to steal that!) And the background is GREAT! I approve 100%!!! PRS, miss you man, hope you get connection together soon!May 9, 2014 at 9:01 am #39906
Hey people! Since I’m here again, the Versions thread is again officially open!May 9, 2014 at 10:32 am #39910
If I could ask again, I have another one. Actually, I have two. But since this is sort of popular, just choose one.
Titus and Jordan.

I might be able to do both of your characters and post them maybe tomorrow or the day after. And, any restrictions?May 10, 2014 at 3:24 pm #39955
hey Hawk this is my version of Titus I tried to copy your original look and put a little rough edge on it
let me know if I am too far off.May 12, 2014 at 6:32 pm #40026
Jordan Redesign for Hawk007!
Hope you like it dude!May 13, 2014 at 5:02 am #30985
I’m more looking for alternate ideas here. This is a pic I’ve done several versions of and don’t really mind who takes it on. Even if more than one of you try it, that would be better. No restraints or special premises other than keep the mushroom cloud and the silhouette of Amy Atom. How you do the background is up to the artist. Realism, cubist, impressionist, manga, whatever style is welcome! I’ll use one of the first and latest versions for your guide. I did the Amy figure in a silhouette to suggest her costume was burnt off, but again, it’s up to the artist.May 15, 2014 at 9:56 am #36211
I thought about it and realized that scene might be too much to take on, as the focus of this thread was always characters, so here’s one I first did over a year ago and abandoned because I felt I couldn’t do it right. Only requirement here is to get across the idea that she is 60 feet tall. These are the only pics I did of this character, who I call Big Bitch. She wanted to be a hero and volunteered for enhancement treatments, courtesy of The Organization, my universe’s agency overseeing all things meta-human and alien. She was not very happy with the results and snapped! The first pic is the older version.May 15, 2014 at 7:08 pm #40143
Here is my take on Amy Atom , I didn’t see that you changed your mind so I hope it’s still cool to post
this….May 15, 2014 at 8:58 pm #40148
Son4, that is HOT! I like the look of your full size Amy, though from the very beginning when I first created her on HM2, she was always a dwarf. My first HM3 pics of her were closer to full size only because I couldn’t get the proportions right. I really like what you did here, (damn, we need a like button here!). Only criticism is that her right hand is somewhat lost in the darker background. I also like the costume looking more like street clothes as opposed to the spandex look I use. I have to look at your thread to see more of your work because I really like what I see here!May 15, 2014 at 9:57 pm #40159
glad you liked it man I did not know that she was a dwarf , how about this..??May 16, 2014 at 5:29 am #40183
Cool! In the Tips & How To section there is a Dwarf recipe by the user Weilyn. http://www.heromachine.com/forum/tips-tricks-how-tos-and-guides/dwarf-recipe/ But don’t sweat it; that’s what this thread is all about, different versions and interpretations of our characters. I’m already getting ideas from your style as to a new look for Amy. If you don’t mind, I may incorporate your logo into her future costumes. Just for the heck of it, here’s how I usually show her, plus a few of my own variations. If anyone else wants to take a shot, or even if you want to try another version, all are welcome.
