I believe a total of 7:
1 for the head (of course)
2 for the shoulders
2 for the biceps
2 for the legs

I don’t think the chest is made of head items. If it is:
2 for the pectorals
1 for the stomach

For sure, heads make great substitutes for arms and legs when creating poses.

I’m using Firefox. I have Chrome but for some reason my Firefox works better. Well here are some couple of creations i did on the Versions contest thread…
