I’d try uploading first to deviantart, then linking the image the way you’d enter a CDC (open image in new tab, paste link). There should be a box at the end of the top bar in the reply box that looks like a clip art of some mountains, if you click that and paste the link in there it should work.

Anyway, good to see you around again man, we’d been missing you.

I’ve been uploading the pic as an attachment, and posting it. Then I go back and click the attachment, and get the url from the address bar. Then edit the post and click the clip art mountain thing and post the url there.  Submit it again and its all good.
