This is Seer. No-one knows who- or what- he is, but he is feared through out the universe. No one knows the full extent of his powers, though he is rumored to have destroyed the planet Arkton II on his own.
Z’lak the Conqueror, Enemy of Mankind, Champion of the Flathonians. After various efforts to conquer Earth on his own, he had to face defeat time and again because of the Ultronic Alliance and the Presidential Powers.
Member of the Presidential Powers, Blindshot is the representative of Russia. He is literally blind, but he is able to sense potential targets and shoot them with unwavering accuracy.

Ali Iftikhar was a circus performer, using his sword skills to amaze the audience. But soon he was recruited by the Ultronic Alliance, a group of super humans who did not come under any government, and declared loyalty to entire Mankind, rather than any one nation. He now uses his sword fighting skills to aid them, under the name of Blademaster.
Yu Tong was an ancient Japanese warrior, who helped a Dragon escape a few hunters. In return, after his death, the Dragon turned him into a ghost. He currently fights the Japanese smuggler and crime lord Mr. Xu, as The Spirit.
My newest creations:
Former elite Captain, Joe Hardy was injected with a mysterious serum, which turned his one hand into stone, and made him more resilient than ordinary humans. Escaping, he now hunts for a cure as the super soldier, Captain Flint.
The Dawn Lord is a mysterious super hero who patrols the city at dawn. He shoots violet laser beams, and can fly. Supposed member of Ultronic Alliance.
