Hes knows this is a comic book universe and makes sly little comments to that point that really only he and the readers are supposed to understand. He’s sort of the writer’s voice in the ink.

It’s a miss-mash though his would not have the “pledge” ribbon at he bottom and a pledge would ONLY have the ribbon, this is just to show everything.
