His power is controlling other people’s powers…sort of.

He can activate latent meta human powers in others (not everyone, but some)

He can also “remix” a persons powers. Making them have a different effect or changing them entirely.

Phoenix began his career when vigilante’s were outlawed and many super humans were having their powers forcibly removed when they were caught. Many of them came to Phoenix to get them back.

That hoodie/jacket looks fantastic, and the head down posing is awesome, works brilliantly. Great design.

Always love visiting your page for the create characters you build.  I’ll try to respond more as I can.

Couple of critiques….Phoenix has a great look, except the triangle cod piece.  It stands out to me and seems out of place.  Madame Dubois’s new design is totally awesome for it’s simplicity.  I like what you did with the umbrella and kept your colors basic.  OMG dude…. those knees…ow!

Live long and Prosper!  (just saw Star Trek, Beyond with my boys. Good story, AMAZING special FXs.)

I see what you mean on both points and will attempt to fix them when I get a chance.

I didn’t even notice those awkward knees until you pointed them out but…yeah…ouch!
