    Here is my entry i did for the latest competition: Dex.
    His power is to tell who is a bad person, and i mean a realllllly bad person. He then goes out and kills them.

    My character for the current contest. Electric Ray-http://pdsh.wikia.com/wiki/Electric_Ray

    The description says that he can only use electricity through touch, so i tried to convey that. couldn’t decide which one i proffered.

    Here’s Inker. He went into the justice system as a young boy, and has accumulated many tattoos over the years. One day, whilst on parole he went to a small tattooist he’d never been to before; he doesn’t remember much of what happened that day but ever since he has had the ability to bring his tats to life, with dangerous consequences.
