Tip of the gas mask to Nicole Chilelli for winning SyFy’s Season 3 of “Face Off.” Her “alien cyborg” in the lead up to the finale blew me away. I was skeptical about the show when I picked it up midway through Season 2. What hooked me is that the competition reflects a lot of the happenings on HeroMachine. Amateurs, hopefuls, hobbyists, and professionals coming together to create, share, challenge, and learn.
This one came out a visually dark; nonetheless, I think the subject is understood and effective.
