Video #2: Heromachine Community Gallery

Here is my second video on the artwork of this fine community. I hope you enjoy it and let these great heromachine artist inspire you to push the limits of the program so that you to make great pieces of art!

Quick and Easy Challenge #11 “Kick It”

Today's challenges take us to the "Right Foot" section. Anything you want to design as long as it only uses items from the Right Foot section.

My new rules for posts, contests, and challenges that I am hosting: Original characters only, no copyrighted characters, no characters based on copyrighted characters, no characters based on RPG’s or other games. The characters must be your own design and not based on any character that might be copyrighted in any way. I have the right to delete any post that I believe crosses this line with “no” warnings.

Creator’s Club Poster

It has been a long time since I did the last Creator's Club Poster. I have a lot on my plate right now, so The Atomic Punk has offer his services to do the poster this year. I would like to thank him for doing so. So the following information is what he requires for him to do the poster. He has laid it out nicely so please follow his instructions. He has included a sample character and also wants me to include my recipes for Chibies.

Design a Chibi version of yourself. This can be a self-portrait, an avatar, or yourself in hero (or villain!) mode. No backgrounds, just the character. e-Mail entries as PNG Transparent files to freethespam@cox.net. Preferably, send the saved Text file so I can re-size characters for consistency.

Only one entry per HeroMachiner. Please try to limit any revisions or upgrades! More than likely, I will simply use your first submission. I will be accepting entries from February 28th through March 29th. With luck, I will unveil the Creators' Club 2013 poster in mid-April.

Please name your file as [your name]-[character name].[file extension] before you e-mail it. So DiCicatriz, for instance, would save his “Bayou Belle” character image as DiCicatriz-BayouBelle.png. He would save the Text as DiCicatriz-BayouBelle.txt.

Finally, have fun! Creators' Club is not a contest. It is an opportunity to show the world how you see yourself (or what you want the world to see).

Share Day #H8

Today would be a good day to talk about who is hot and who is not, the the comic book world. Yes each and every comic book fan has one of these list, so don't act like you don't. The top two on the hot list for me are;

#1 Catwoman, not need to to say why, because I would be here typing all day(I would love to do that but I have plants waiting to be planted in the garden.). There is this one cover that she has a wedding dress on and it is ripped and you can see her custom under it, enough said if you ever saw that cover.

#2 Rogue, (Not the younger version) in the X-Men cartoon, who ever did her voice, WOW is all I can say.

My not hot list;

Some of the newer ways that they are drawing the cartoons and comics just turns me off to the characters on them. One example that comes to mind is the art on the newer G.I. Joe cartoon. I just don't like it.

Anyway enough of me. Let's hear what you have to say. Fell free to type as much as you like. Have at it and have fun.
