Character Design Contest ♯85 (National Heroes) Winner
Well, this hasn't happened in a while. The poll was close all week between the top two, but as it turns out it couldn't have ended closer. Yup, this week was a draw between Anarchangel's Bengal and The Nate's Quetzal. I'll leave it up to dblade to decide what to do about the prize, but well done to both of you.

I had meant to write this post some time ago however Real life as it so often does prevent me from having the time to do so. That said lets get into this edition of Kaldath's Corner.
So a little over a week ago I went to the Movie Theaters and saw Guardians Of the Galaxy on the Big Screen and All I have to say is ,,,,, BEST COMIC BOOK MOVIE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Character Design Contest ♯86- Western Zodiac
Now, back when Jeff ran the CDCs, he did a series of challenges based around the western zodiac. I seem to recall them being quite popular, so lets have another go at them shall we, because I'm sure y'all have improved on heromachine since then. The idea is simple, create a character or a representation of any of the 12 signs of the zodiac (Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces).
This week, obviously due to the fixed number of zodiac signs, there is a limit of 12 entries (that's one entry per sign per person) and, as usual, the contest will close at midnight Saturday (blog time). The winner gets to claim a custom made item from dblade to be put into heromachine, so long as the item conforms to his prize rules, which you can find here: http://www.heromachine.com/forum/the-heromachine-art-gallery/dblades-whiz-bang-item-dispenser/. Please read the contest rules before entering, have fun and good luck.
Rules for posts, contests, and challenges that I am hosting: Original characters only, no copyrighted characters, no characters based on copyrighted characters, no characters based on RPG’s or other games. The characters must be your own design and not based on any character that might be copyrighted in any way. I have the right to delete any post that I believe crosses this line without warnings. Only post characters that you have either created for this contest specifically or you know for certain have never been entered to a contest before.
