Dungeon after dungeon — endless monsters — tensions running high. These four adventurers used to be friends, but that all ended when someone shot the food.

I’m writing a story based on The Black Bull of Norroway. Sorry if I’m repeating myself with that, but I think the last time I mentioned it was on the previous message board. Anyway, here’s a picture from it:
So I was poking around at the other HeroMachine editions, and I noticed that some of the colors offered in the Pinup edition would make fantastic orcish skin tones, so, um, this happened:

I think the girl’s really cute. I don’t think the guy came out as well as he did the first time I made him, but (*sob*) the vanishing file goblin got me at last.
There’s no story behind this one. I just felt like making a plague doctor. Can you imagine, everyone around you is dying, you are terribly ill, and someone looking like this comes to “treat” you?
She sailed away on a sunny summer day,
On the back of a crocodile.
“You see,” said she, “he’s as tame as he could be!
I’ll ride him down the Nile.”
The croc winked his eye as the lady waved goodbye,
wearing a happy smile.
At the end of the ride, the lady was inside,
And the smile was on the crocodile.
Kelda is surprised to meet Ref, a strange young man from her village who disappeared months ago, so far from home. Is he a friend or a foe?
This is the model of troll I’m leaning toward at the moment. It’s inspired by trolls from both the movie Willow and the children’s cartoon David the Gnome. (The cartoon gnomes are much more comedic than mine, though.) At first I had it in a black/gray color scheme, but I felt like it lacked something. I think this coloring works better.
