Mark's stone dagger can be used either as a regular knife or, with a rotated handle, an axe head (that's what the extra bindings are for). And those of you who have wanted a scabbard for a while have Brambles to thank for at least this first one. The cavalry sword he submitted was pretty cool looking, I think both it and Mark's Neolithic weapon are fine additions.

Jeff, is it possible to separate BOTH bindings from the handle? Right now, there is no axe handle for the perpendicular binding, and with a separate binding, you can use the blade as a spear or arrow head.
You add the cavalry sword in AFTER I make and submit my Revolutionary War reenactment. 🙁 Oh well 😀
I’m trying to keep it to four slots per item. How about if I remove the cross-ties from the handle, leaving just bands on the actual handle and flush with it, and remove the small horizontal tie from the current cross tie? That way you could orient the cross ties either horizontally or vertically, and the handle could go either which way without having to worry about the ties being attached.
OK, try it now, I made some changes. It’s not exact but I think it works pretty well and is versatile.
