Re-Imagined:
Voltage

Voltage is the son of „Farad“ – a presumed dead supervillain who had the same powers as he.

Powers/Abilities:

Voltage possesses the ability to bodily generate raw electromagnetic energy at a rate of about 10,000,000 volts which he can manipulate, shape, control, and enhance and is able to project his electricity in a variety of controlled ways but mostly through his hands and fingertips as lightning-like discharges, which total voltage can be regulated anywhere from a single volt to his full volt charge at once, with an effective range of about 100 feet whereby it travels at about 150,000 feet per second (the speed of lightning). His maximum charge is more than enough to kill a man.

He can also use his body as a transformer and absorb the energy of electrical equipment such as a generator to increase his powers further. The amount of electricity he can transform above his body’s maximum storage capacity is yet unknown.

Voltage can both drain the energy from devices into himself and charge them with electricity, sense sources of electric energy as well as objects that can be affected by it, is able to magnetize and demagnetize metals and surfaces, propel himself along the accompanying magnetic lines of force in objects that have great electrical potential, such as high-tension electrical lines, and can produce highly concentrated electric force fields that are powerful enough to deflect bullets and very high levels of impact such as oncoming vehicles, physical attacks from metahumans, grenades, explosives, artillery fire, missiles, fire, and most energy attacks. Furthermore, the electricity coursing through his body also augments his physical strength and speed as well as his recuperative

Cool!  If you don’t have something picked of mine, I would like to see your talent on ATTACK TIGER.   http://smitty309.deviantart.com/art/ATTACK-TIGER-284801126

An older concept that needs a evolving facelift.

Let me know what concept you would like in return.  I’ve looked through your archive and everything seems sacrilege to touch.  Cheers!

Okay, I just had an idea. So, know how next year is the summer Olympics? What if, during the weeks around then, we have a heromachine olympics. So, for a few weeks before, we’d have a list of, say, maybe the best 20 machiners on here. Over that time, people can vote for who they think is the top ten. Then, when it starts, the first top ten (or whatever number) compete in hero machine skill games. Like character design contests, but only they can enter, and it’s things like shading, posing, costume design, best overall, etc. There’d be a group of 3-5 moderators/trusted members that would be the judges for the submissions, and there’d be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place character. At the end, the person who did the best get’s first, person who did the second best get’s second, etc. I think that would be awesome, to be able to see the best machiners in an epic battle, creating the best characters they can. At least I think it’d be cool.
