Welcome to the forums.
With the upload error, it just seems to happen randomly. If you have an account with another image hosting site (deviantart or photo bucket for example) it might be an idea to upload your pictures there and then add them to the post by using the insert/ edit image function in the reply box (it’s the last button on the grey tool bar at the top of the reply box, the one with the mountains and sun in a square). That’s usually the best way to guarantee an image getting uploaded for the moment whilst we try to figure out what is going on with this upload error.

The original Tommy Turbo fought for the allies in World War 2, using his speed to fight alongside other heroes such as the original American Dream in the fight against the Axis. Tommy Turbo was a hero in every sense of the world.
The current Tommy Turbo shares none of his great grandfather’s heroic sensibilities and is only interested in number one. He uses his speed to steal from whoever he wants. He has become a recurring foe of the current American Dream and her partner, Sentinel.
He also reserves a special hatred for Adrenaline. The showboat millionaire playboy has all the things Turbo thinks he deserves. It doesn’t help that Adrenaline frequently refers to him as a wannabe and always outraces him.

These are the first three Phantoms that I will be producing. The Phantoms are an army that specializes in selling their abilities. They are stronger, faster, and smarter than a regular soldier. They are trained for specialized armor sets. From left to right, is the Scout, Medic, and Heavy units. I will be adding the soldier, pyro, Reaper, and others. At some point, I will post what all of the units can do, and who their leaders are, along with the armor sets for the leaders.
