Here is a conversation between James Holloway and Conner Smith. James is afflicted with too much mana which results in reality distortions around him. As a result, he lives alone in the woods which can better withstand the reality warping. Conner Smith, AKA Coyote, is actually a trickster spirit/god, so he is unharmed by the warps. His relationship with reality is tenuous as his shifts in appearance are actually shifts in reality. This fact has made him one of the few people who can converse and hang out with James. He is his only friend and is helping him manage his uncontrollable supply of magical energy.

Here is the start of something new. I’m taking my cues from classic sword & sorcery such as Conan and Fritz Lieber’s Fafhrd & The Gray Mouser. Also inspiration from Masters of the Universe, Edgar Rice Burroughs’ John Carter of Mars, Michael Moorcock’s Elric of Melnibone and Corum. So far I have 2 designs; a basic human and a wizard.

Nolan has many times stolen items that are of advanced Technology, and claimed them as his own. During a visit to one world Nolan came into contact with the “the darkness” which appears to be a semi- sentient being that is both energy and organic in nature. It uses Nolan’s body for entrance into our plane of reality, it feeds on heat energy , and gives Nolan enhanced strength.the darkness can project it self as energy delivering blast to opponents or drain heat energy, it also has the ability to extend “arms” to use for lifting, holding,, etc…
