Song on now: Remember me by Daley.

The picture ‘Shana Brown’ is named ‘Shana Brown’ because her name is Shana and her dress is brown. (I know I should not have to say that, but these days, I feel better saying it!)

Folly Rosey~you would not be able to tell what the inspiration piece for it!

@Vampyrist- Cheers dude.

Name: Negadroid

Profile: Not much is known about the robot known as the Negadroid. It uses technology far more advanced than any current human creation, leading some to speculate that it is either alien, from the future or from an alternate dimension. It is capable of repairing and replicating itself through a piece of technology called the Restoration Matrix, making it increadibly difficult to fight against, and it is fueled by negative emotion. This appears to be the machine’s primary motivation, to sustain itself by creating more fuel to use and it does that by spreading fear, anger and hatred where-ever it can.

Well done on winning the contest.

If I may, there are a few things that could be improved on in this picture, mainly with the background. Firstly, you missed a trick by not putting a shadow under her when you have a background and you’ve shaded both the body and the background. Just a resized gradient circle would do, nothing too drastic, but not having the shadow makes the character look like it’s super-impossed onto the background, kinda like 70’s greenscreen.

Secondly, I don’t think you chose the right floor. If you were going for grass, then I think the carpet floor or the sand floor are better for short grass textures than a rocky floor with a pattern (I tend to avoid using the on item patterns because they never give the effect you really want) or there are a few floors in the Landscapes section of the Backgrounds that are really good forest floors. Also, you could have mixed it up a bit with the fallen leaves, rotated one of the items and maybe added some leaves from the ItemsRight- Energy, because as they are they look too uniform to have fallen naturally.

But other than those bits, it’s really good and definately deserved to win the contest (no disrespect meant to the other entrants). Keep up the good work.

Your recent work has been fantastic! I especially like Titan, Jamie Walters’s civilian form, Both of copycat’s forms, Anelle, and Antaeus.

Welcome and I like the moonsinger. I love his color scheme, I don’t see it that often and it looks great on him.

Here’s my entry and winner of the 326th Character Design Contest:

Character Design Challenge #326 – RPG Character Classes: Round 5 – Rangers – Results

Elsapeth, the Forest Mother

Elsapeth, the Forest Mother

Elsapeth is a cervitaur (they have a different name in D&D but I have left that out incase it might cause a copyright issue) woman and the guardian of the Wispenglow, a huge expanse of enchanted woods. Her status in her herd stems from the many antler branches she has. Cervitaurs both male and female grow antlers. Every ten years of life gains them another branch in their antlers. As the oldest, Elsapeth naturally became the leader. Strangely no elves live in the Wispenglow. This has made the cervitaurs the main protectors of the woods.

Elsapeth herself is a ranger armed with a spear and longbow. She wears almost no clothing. What she does wear usually has a specific use like pouches and belts for carrying items. Otherwise she likes to adorn herself with the flowers of the woods.

As far as appearances go, her upper body resembles an elf. Where her legs would be however, is instead the body of a deer. She has sun-tanned golden skin, bright blonde flowing hair, and glowing cyan eyes.

Personality wise Elsapeth is something of a mystery to strangers. She is not easily excited and often mistrusting of travelers that find themselves in her lands. Those who try to seek her out have to prove themselves as friends before she will hear them out. To the forest beings and her herd she is a nurturing healer, a firm leader, and a wise elder.

Elsapeth was once convinced to leave her treasured woods by a band of adventurers. A fog that had been over the land to the north for hundreds of years had lifted. This fog had covered part of her woods and had not been explored in that time. With the haze dispersed, she longed to not only see this new section of her land, but to ensure the safely of the Wispenglow by scouting what lay beyond its edges

Edit: Switched image over from Photobucket to DeviantArt. The shadow under her had been added after the contest was over.

Name: Gwen Penton-Lance
Position: A Division Coordinator and Liason

Profile: The W.I.L.D Agent assigned to the superhuman response team known as A Division, Agent Penton-Lance is effectively the one in charge (although The Titan is the field team leader) and the one who reports back to the higher ups in W.I.L.D after every mission. An exceptional agent, she is quick witted, sharp and intelligent, adept at reading situations and people. Though she enjoys her work with A Division and has the respect of all of the operatives, she has put in numerous requests to be transfered to the S.R.C, for what she claims to be “personal reasons”. However, for the time being, she is still part of A Division and has been assigned the task of hosting Anelle at her flat whilst a more permenant residence has been found for the alien operative.

Name: Gideon Mantel
Position: Technician- A Division (W.I.L.D Technical Support Department)

Profile: Yet another superhuman born from “The Moment”, Gideon Mantel was born with a superb intellect, combined with his Innate Capability in almost every field. Able to comprehend any subject or any physical object within minutes of learning the basics, he was an expert in computing at age 6, a first degree math major at age 8, an expert in particle physics at age 10 and one of the worlds leading cosmology experts at age 13, though his main passion and interest lies in the fields of robotics and engineering. This of course, attracted attention and he was kidnapped by a shadowy group of mercenaries in order to see if his powers could be harnessed for profit. During this time he met James Rush, who would later go on to become The Titan and the two became close when Rush defended Mantel from their guards. After they escaped, Mantel helped Rush build his energy containment suit and later joined W.I.L.D on Rush’s insistance. Mantel is not a field operative however. He suffers from Aspergers Syndrome and anxiety in high stress situations, so is not suitable for combat situations. Instead W.I.L.D have put his intelligence and skill in engineering too good use, making him part of the Technical Support Department and attaching him to the A Division as their Technical Support, giving him to opportunity to create the most advanced technical solutions to aid in combating world threats.
