The third person to take up the mantel of The Dominator after her father Walt and brother David, Elizabeth helped David become The Dominator by stealing Tori Lannock's Goliath Formula (the serum that gave Tori and her father Matt their powers to begin with). However, David died during a heist gone horribly, horribly wrong (so horribly wrong in fact that it ended up in another dimension with the superheroes and supervillains having to team up to fight the extra-dimensional tyrant Rahl). After the death of her brother, Elizabeth used the last of the stolen formula herself, gaining the same super strength and superhuman healing factor as the others who used it. Intent on continuing her families criminal legacy, Elizabeth has the smarts to back up her new strength.

Name: Isabella Collins
Codename: Golden Guardian
Powers: Peak Human Fitness, Superhuman Strength (max approx. 4-5 tonnes), superhuman reflexes
Granddaughter of World War 2 era superheroes The American (Walter Collins) and Miss Liberty (Mary Carter), Isabella and her brother Thomas grew up with stories of heroic exploits and daring deeds. Considering her grandparents status in the superhero world, she would often find herself meeting various members of the superhero community through them, including her idol The Golden Guardian (Ryan Dawn). As one might expect with such an upbringing, Isabella and Thomas both dreamed of being superheroes. In their teens both started to show signs of powers beginning to develop, so they began to train with their grandfather. Whilst Thomas would take up the mantel of The American in tribute to their grandfather and revive their grandparents superteam, Team Supreme, Isabella would go in a different direction. She instead took up the mantel of the Golden Guardian in tribute to Ryan Dawn, who had passed away some years prior. Isabella may be superhumanly strong, but it is her fighting skill that makes her a formidable hero. As well as training with her grandfather, she also trained in many different fighting styles from across the globe, seeking out and learning from any expert or teacher who would train her. This, combined with her astonishing reflexes and fitness level would make her a tough opponent even without her strength, but with it... well, she's not someone that all but the toughest of supervillains would want to face.

Formerly a bio-geneticist called Richard Owen, this reptilian abomination was created through the accidental merging of human and reptilian dna. The exact hows and whys of the incident are currently unknown to the public, as the company Owen was working for are fighting vociferously to not disclose their process, but it is speculated that Owen was part of a team trying to create some new experimental gene therapy (or to genetically engineer a dinosaur if you are part of the conspiracy prone). However it occured, Owen is essentially no more, his personality reverted to a much more beastial, primal state. The creature dubbed Dino Sapiens by the media, is undoubtedly dangerous and seems to be in a ongoing state of mutation, potentially adapting between its two conflicting gene pools to suit the situation. Should the creature gain human level intelligence and problem solving abilities whilst retaining the stronger base predatory instincts of the reptile then it could become a serious threat.
Woah it's been a while. Have a rocker chick with a sword.

Thanks!
Here is the next of Alex's siblings, Epsilon, AKA Eddie Nelson. The organization messed with his genetics in the hope of giving him superhuman speed. They did succeed in giving him short bursts of superhuman speed, which often comes across as superhuman reflexes, but with a cost. Eddie is temperamental and prone to rash outbursts. He also has a tendency to go overboard in his violence. He is the sibling most likely to attempt to kill Alex on a whim. After the organization fell, he became a mercenary. It is only a matter of time until his recklessness and short fuse get him killed though.

Wow. I fought for time and gained none. Please do these three by 9/22, 8pm EST, tbj 9/23, 3pm.
An extra point for referencing mitochondria in a caption.
