Nice work. You might work on your hand positioning / masking. For a quiver draw, for example, the palm is facing backwards as the hand reaches over the shoulder. ‘Okay’ symbol upside-down could work, maybe others.

Don’t see the transport. You know why people go to prism, right? Breaking the speed limit of light, and other refractions. Great work on your last two.

Love Nike’s wings’ glamer. The Commander’s backstory is cool–maybe we’ll have a ‘not so super’ contest sometime?

The greatest super villain who ever lived is…definitely not this guy.

You’d have a hard time convincing him otherwise though. The Commander honestly believes he is an evil mastermind but, the truth is, even at his most “evil” the Commander is little more than a minor annoyance, even to the general public.

Most of Freedom City’s masked heroes have actually grown to like the eccentric commander who is actually quite a nice guy, despite being so “evil”. It’s clear though that he has some psychological issues and he has been checked into a mental hospital for treatment several times. He often seems to have moments of lucidity when he realises what he’s doing and hangs up his cape but he more often than not relapses and those who know him are concerned that one day this evil genius may get in over his head.

The newest member of The Mortal Gods is Nike, goddess of Victory.

I actually had this character finished (or so I thought) but went back to change a couple of things. It wasn’t until I was done that I realised I had actually changed pretty much the entire thing.

So she was almost completely different. I’m glad I changed it though. I like this one a lot more.

Name: Rosa Campos
Alias: Scarlet
Speciality: Interrogation and Information Gathering

A former detective for the Policia Federal in Mexico, Rosa Campos spent 10 years fighting against some of the most hardened criminals in the world in her home country’s war on drugs and gang violence. Though she has no powers of her own, she is incredibly tough and trained in advanced interrogation techniques, as well as being bi-lingual (speaking both Spanish and English), trained in the use of firearms and being a champion fencer from her time in college. She left Mexico to help assist the FBI in their attempts to crack down on drug traffic across the boarder, but had to quit the job after her parents were murdered by a cartel back in Mexico. After being able to bring the rest of her family to America from Mexico, she joined the Outsider Investigations group as a way to put her law enforcement skills to good use helping people whilst also keeping her family safe from aggression from the cartels.
