Just wow Happy is a awesome design

Here's my Cyber Punk mercenary that goes by the name Happy. I never got to finish him for the CDC last week, but I still wanted to share him. Not my usual shading or coloring, but doing so took away a lot of the minor details and looked muddy.

A former member of W.I.L.D's East Asia branch, Nakima Shiro has the power to form plasmic blades around his hands. These blades are sharper than even the finest blade, being comparable to industrial jet cutters or laser cutters. When he was a W.I.L.D agent, Shiro rarely ever used his power, instead relying on his extensive combat training. However, he has recently gone AWOL from W.I.L.D and turned up in the US alongside the time displaced archeologist Nicole Hargrave, also known as Ruby. His reasons seem unclear for the moment and he he has not responded to any communications from either W.I.L.D's Asia or American branches, though for reasons known only to himself, he seems to be following the supervillain known as Overlord.

I just realized that I never actually posted this guy. I don't have a name for him yet, but I do have a backstory.

When he was five years old, he realized that he had somehow been born with a superpower. Unfortunately, that superpower was that he could summon into his hand objects of less than one square foot that were less than a meter away from him. Nevertheless, the fact that he had a superpower made him fascinated with the idea of superheroes, and he spent his youth obsessed with comic books, often being bullied because of it.

The bullying only worsened when he found his second love in seventh grade: sewing and fashion. He became obsessed with clothes, and sewed by hand all of the costumes for his high school plays.

When he went off to college, he ended up in the same room as Aiden Ignatius (Captain Blaze) and they quickly became friends. One day, he happed to walk in on Aiden while he was still in his Captain Blaze costume, but unmasked. He quickly got over his initial shock, and began recommending a change of costume. When Ignatius was recruited by the Warrior, he brought his roommate with him, and he is known as the top superhero costume designer in the world.

Before joining W.I.L.D, Lucy Falkner spent much of her teens as a superhero for hire, fighting "crime" for the highest bidder. Of course, she didn't have much of a say in this, her commissions and pretty much her entire identity was controlled by her father, who lept at the chance of making money off of his daughters new superpowers after his public relations career failed to take off the way he had hoped. Of course, with her father controlling every aspect of her life, from what food she could eat to who she could be friends with, Lucy hated her life. She hated how she had to bleach her hair ("blonde is much more attractive and suggests purity and virtue" as her father said) and grow it long, she hated the stupid cape she had to wear and the fact that her costume showed off her chest, but most of all she hated the feeling of not having any control over what she was doing. The commissions she would take (upon her fathers strict review) would invariably clash with what she felt she should be doing as a superhero. Fortunately, one benefit of being a famous superhero is that you get to meet other superheroes and they were all on Lucy's list of "people she was allowed to be seen with" (good publicity you see). And one such hero she meet during this time was King Hawk, who, in his civilian identity, was a pretty good lawyer and helped Lucy wrestle her life back from her father.

Jugeing is going to be delayed due to computer trouble.

THE new date is 30/04/2019.

New grafics card has no VGA connector, so i've been forced to use a TV as a monitor , 1280 x 720 on a 30 inch display , not good enough to actually show my full computer screen!

An the colour is way off, lines have a nasty blur around them too.
