Here is the most monstrous man in my repertoire of bad men. Dr. Alvin Mason is a genius, but he is also a twisted psychopath who feels no mercy for his victims. The doctor is an expert in reengineering DNA into new forms. He’s the one responsible for the Orcs and therefore X’s transformation into one. He has created other creatures, but none have been as evil as him. Dr. Mason sees himself as a god for he can alter life with his hands, but he is really a monster for what he twists the life into. Alvin Mason is a man to be afraid of and a man you hope never to meet.

Basically, he was a scientist who lost his legs in an accident and got new robolegs to make up the difference.

Here is Strix, an owl-like heroine.

You guys certainly have not made it easy to come to a decision, but I eventually decided on Livewyre1014 as the winner. Honorable mentions go to Suleman and NHA247, both of whom showed the more cursed nature of the rope, but I still found Livewyre’s to be my favorite.

Pegasus is a hero whose suit allows him to fly. The only parameters is color scheme and the tattoos must remain. Everything else can be altered, redesigned, or scrapped altogether and replace with something better. Have fun.

Thanks and speaking of hearts, here is Akmun Ra, an ancient egyptian sorcerer who was mummified and cursed with eternal life. An archaeologist found his resting place and awoke him, a mistake he did not live to see. Akmun Ra grabs his victims hearts to absorb their life essence to become young and powerful. He is slowly amassing power and heartless husks have been left in his wake. He is one of Department H’s main enemies.
