Vendula, or Dula for short, was a Russian climatologist sent to study climate changes in the Antarctic. Discovering that she really didn’t mind being in the cold environs, she stayed at the science outpost for two years studying climactic weather patterns. During the stormy winter months, one of her fellow scientists succumbed to cabin fever and began killing the remaining staff at the outpost. When Dula ran from him and escaped to the outside, her GorWol trait manifested and she survived the extreme freezing temperatures while her pursuer perished in the freezing temperatures. With her only hope of rescue being the resupply plane at the end of the storm season, Dula spent her time learning and refining her Cyrokinetic abilities. Returning to Russia, Dula was contacted by Beacon to join the ISF where she serves on ISF Team ALPHA. Dula is a Cyrokinetic and can generate and control ice. She can create blasts of cold, ice missiles and walls of ice from ambient moisture, as well as forming sleet, snow, and freezing rain. She can makes ice slides which form rapidly beneath and behind her feet, moving along the slick surface at high speeds. She is able to fashion an armor of solid ice around her body. She can create an ice-sheen across her entire body, and generate objects composed completely of ice, such as projectiles (ice daggers) and defensive walls. She can also instantly freeze animate matter through physical contact. Continual concentration on solid objects allows her to freeze them to the point of breaking, cracking or crumbling.
Bengal was an orphan in Vietnam living as a street urchin when she successfully picked the pocket of an old man. The old man found her and instead of beating her, offered to teach her more. She was trained as a kunoichi, or female ninja by the old man, a banished Japanese ninja named Nobunaka. Nobunaka was hiding in Vietnam from enemies and he claimed family ties to the legendary hero Prince Yamato. Nobunaka also claimed to have survived the Iga punitive campaign in 1581. Finally finding someone worthy of learning all the skills he had acquired, Nobunaka died peacefully in bed. Bengal created a new identity of Christina Mai Nguyen and started targeting underworld scum throughout the Pacific. She targeted slave traders, pimps, rapists, drug dealers, anyone who preyed on the meek. Hunting down a drug dealer in the Phillipines brought her into contact with Power Stryke and Genie who recruited her. She is now a member of ISF Team ALPHA and is the best combatant in the ISF. Bengal is a biokinetic and has heightened senses, agility, reaction speed, quickness and endurance than most Olympic athletes. She has mastered all 18 skills of ninjitsu. She is an expert in taijitsu (ninja hand to hand), jujitsu, judo, and vovinam (a Vietnamese martial art).

Devina Valencia was an Argentinian culinary student in Buenos Aires when she was struck by a car crossing a busy street. Taken to the hospital the doctor found no lasting injuries as her Gor Wol trait manifested in the ambulance and healed her. However she did not know she manifested and continued on with her normal life. One day while preparing for her culinary food test the power in the kitchen died out and when Devina struck a stove in anger her cosmic powers emerged and provided energy to all the appliances at once. Scared at what she had done she fled and stayed hidden in her apartment. Soon she was approached by Power Stryke for recruitment and she joined the ISF. She took the name Star Pixie and fought in the last battle of the Meta War in Las Vegas. She served in both the ISF Reserve Team under Star Gazer and ISF Team ALPHA under Major Mercury. She is presently on the reserve team and in a relationship with Star Gazer. Star Pixie has the ability to manipulate, nullify and amplify pain and the ability to manipulate cosmic energy in the form of stellar fire, and which allows her to project charged particles beams from her hands.
Dalman Dawkins was a pilot for a small Australian shipping company. On a regular run delivery humanitarian aid to East Timor Dalman’s plane lost engine power and started to descent rapidly. Everything Dalman tried failed and it appeared he was going to crash into the Pacific Ocean. In his panic his GorWol trait manifested and his plane’s cockpit exploded. Falling out of the cockpit Dalman transformed into a fiery form with flight and was able to save himself but not the plane of the supplies. Trying to return to normal life Dalman eventually drifted to becoming a crimefighter in Sydney until Power Stryke recruited him where he took the name Sunstar. Dalman is a pyrokinetic and he can absorb solar and other radiation to generate plasma, the superheated state of matter. He uses his powers to sheath his body in flame which allows him to fly, shoot plasma energy beams, generate a plasma shield to ward off attacks, sense the heat signature in other beings or objects, explode into a plasma bomb which leaves him drained, and control fire and heat at a limited degree. Sunstar was in a previous relationship with CanadiAnne but they have since broken up.
No one really knows Ma Gu’s real name, they just call her Ma Gu, the name of an ancient Chinese immortal heroine. She just appeared one day outside ISF Headquarters demanding an audience with ISF leaders. This occurred immediately after the death of Jaguara. Ma Gu participated in the Meta War as a member of the reserve force under Stargazer. She was able to defeat Death Witch and Major Flirt in single combat and subdued Hooligan once (although he later escaped from German Police custody). During the battle of Nova Scotia Ma Gu was fighting Golem when he toppled an office building on top of her. Reserve team member CanadiAnne said she saw Ma Gu try to teleport away before the building dropped n her but no one has seen her since, all they recovered under the building was her staff. Ma Gu claimed to be a sorceress, although MEGATEK claims sorcery does not exist and believes she possesses various different forms of kinesis. Ma Gu says she is an arcanakinetic and can shoot powerful electrical bolts from her staff and hands, teleport, control winds and weather, fly and was a master at Wing Chun Kung Fu.
Duarte Marquez was a struggling hotel lounge singer in the Algarve area in the south of Portugal. During one profitable tourist season in the area, Duarte was singing with the Hotel band when members of the Dark Cabal attacked the hotel. In the confusion Duarte was apprehended by Hooligan and Scales. It seemed he was the reason for their attack. When ISF Team ALPHA showed up to stop the Dark Cabal and save the people, Duarte yelled at Scales to leave him alone and that was when his GorWol trait manifested. Duarte helped the ISF fight off the Dark Cabal and then left with them to start a new life as a super hero. Jammer is an audiokinetic. He can psionically project and control his voice to blast targets and weaken structures. He can affect people by overwhelming listeners with deafening noise, stun them with low-frequency sonic blasts, put them into a hypnotic trance, disorient them, nauseate them, or simply render them unconscious. He has perfect pitch and is able to use his voice to travel over sound waves thus flying at a speed of up to 275 mph. Jammer is also able to layer sound waves over people and objects providing an acoustic force field.
Hiroku was a Japanese rikishi in a well known hiya outside of Tokyo. Enduring life there until he could make it into the big tournaments in Japan, Hiroku trained endlessly. Finally when his bog break came he was approached by Japanese Yakuza to throw his match with their hand picked champion. Hiroku was incensed, and during the bout he sent his opponent flying throw the air into the crowd. That evening when the Yakuza came looking for revenge Hiroku’s GorWol trait manifested and he deflected their bullets with an energy aura. He picked up a nearby Kanabo and attacked them with it. Forced to leave his hiya due to his meta powers Hiroku was recruited by Power Stryke to join the ISF. Kanabo can project an energy aura around his body to deflect and reduce attacks. He is also very strong capable of lifting 35 tons. Kanabo has limited energy absorbing abilities can can recharge his energy levels with various forms of energy.
Eugenia Jenyachuk was a Ukrainian botanist working on plant evolution by studying their genetic and molecular makeup. One day while working on a plant toxin her coworker dropped a vial of the toxin and everyone in the lab succumbed to its effects except for Eugenia. Her GorWol trait manifested and protected her. Leaving work after the emergency cleanup she was contacted by Power Stryke to join the ISF. She was a a new recruit during the Meta War and earned her way on to ISF Team Alpha when she captured Dark Cabal member Succubus by herself. Feymage is able to mentally manipulate wood, plants, fruits and flowers, even moss found in a natural field or habitat. She can cause plants to quickly manifest from the soil and wrap around a target, can mutate plants by rearranging DNA structure, and revive recently withering or dead plants. She can also use the surrounding vegetation to heal herself and others in a limited capacity by extracting plant chemicals. Eugenia developed a relationship with Mythic after he protected her from an ambush by Gorilla King and Kyton. Mythic was mortally wounded in the fight and Feymage healed him and then they kissed.
Jonny Riverwind was an Apache tribal Shaman’s son in Arizona when his GorWol trait manifested during a tribal ceremony. He was apprenticing to be the next shaman when his father was killed by Dr. Dimento. Jonny approached the ISF and asked to join the team so he could get revenge for his fathers death. He participated in the Meta War and remains a calm, reassuring voice on ISF Team ALPHA. Koko Pelli is an Illusionist. He can project lifelike images into the minds of other people/animals. He can psionically cause others to see, hear, touch, smell, and/or taste things which to not actually exist. His illusions can usually fool all five senses: sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste. Since his power only affects the mind, his illusions cannot be recorded on film or tape or by other means. However, his power works so strongly on the mind that even if his victim or victims know they are being subjected to an illusion, they will still react to the illusion as if it were real unless they can rid themselves of all suspicions that it is indeed false.
Noah Ballentyne was a mechanical engineer in New Zealand working on advanced scientific designs. One day while out hiking in the mountains he observed a murder and was seen. He ran away and was chased by the killers. Cornering him near a cliff the killers threw him off the edge to make it look like an accident. During the fall his GorWol trait manifested and he grew insect wings to fly and discharged an energy beam from his hands. He subdued the killers and fashioned a costume to become a crimefighter under the name Killer Bee. He was recruited into the ISF just before the start of the Meta War and during the Nova Scotia battle he had his natural insect wings ripped off by Gorilla King. Noah went back to New Zealand to recover. During his convalesnece he fashioned a set of cybernetic wings to replace his lost ones and became Killer Bee once again. Killer Bee is currently the ATL for ISF Team CHARLIE under Lord Psyker’s command. Killer Bee is an Ergokinetic. His internal energy allows him to project powerful blasts from his hands and increases his strength to the 15 ton range. He can also fly with the cybernetically connected Obdurium alloy wings he crafted. He can control the wings to stabilize his flight and they protect him from damage when enclosed around him. He has an Obdurium alloy helmet that enhances his vision and provides some night vision. He recently started a relationship with Crystalfrost.
