Member of Presidential Powers, The Conqueror is the representative of Mexico. He can bend light and shadows to his will, and can fly.
The Ranger:
This wild west bandit used to fight the corrupt sheriff Joan Black, until one day, a mysterious portal appearing in the middle of a chase transported him to the 21st century. He now represents Texas in the American Hero League.
Toxus:
An experiment conducted by Harry Case, AKA Prototype Warhammer, Toxus is a man shaped nuclear reactor. He can hideously disfigure a man, or blow him into atoms. He is appearently still developing in the mental area.
Here we have Chung Hao, Chinese Muay-Thai fighter. With unusually adamant strong bones, Chung can crush the hood of a car easily with one of his elbow or knee strikes. Member of Ultron Alliance.

The Planner was born under the name of Lenny Biggs in Ireland. He possessed no powers, but an extraordinary mind. Unfortunately, he started using it for evil.
His first robbery was at the age of sixteen, in order to buy medicine for his ill father. The police tracked him down, but his father had himself arrested, taking his son’s blame. He died soon after in prison.
Angered by this event, he became the shady figure known in the streets as The Planner. Executing more than fifty bank-robberies, Lenny made his impression a deep one.
We all know how this works. Some brainiac develops a super-powered suit, and goes to become a major hero.
Gauntlet is no exception. Genius engineer Jerry Hoffman created the Gauntlet 3-690 for the billionaire Harry Case, but discovering that Case was also the devious super villain, Prototype Warhammer, Jerry donned the armor himself to foil the Warhammer’s schemes. Gauntlet currently works closely with Healheart, who is a fellow member of the W.D.U (World Defense Unit).
The guy started out as face practice, but I really liked the look, so gave him the ol’ retired super hero look. Here we have the Silver Star, an old superhero who just went back to work as a senior member of the Ultron Alliance.
Here we have New York’s resident predator… Deadbite! He was a brilliant student in the sciences- but one day some thing just went wrong…

Chuck “Pet” Williams was born in south Africa to a wealthy doctor. Learning his father’s craft easily by the age of twenty-five, Chuck visited the more arcane branches of medicine, and ventured into a mystic place in the savanna where Shamanic Tribes met. Here, he learned the ways of Shamanic Healing, and became the invaluable Super-Doctor, Healheart.
A product of an experiment conducted by Germany in the world war II, he- it- was resurrected by a team of adventurous scientists. They soon found their error though, when it’s Death Tendrils sucked the life out of them. Experiment 5 soon after started killing anything in its path. Current whereabouts unknown. Considered to be a Grade 5A super-villain, extremely fatal, and best avoided.
My newest creations:
Former elite Captain, Joe Hardy was injected with a mysterious serum, which turned his one hand into stone, and made him more resilient than ordinary humans. Escaping, he now hunts for a cure as the super soldier, Captain Flint.
The Dawn Lord is a mysterious super hero who patrols the city at dawn. He shoots violet laser beams, and can fly. Supposed member of Ultronic Alliance.
