    I just scrolled through your archive.  You know you don’t have many female characters?  I would like you to revision my older character, Decibelle.

    Try to keep her rough/street looking. Maybe punk rock aspects (anti-hero)?

    As for tips,  don’t be afraid to experiment.  Think outside the box.

    So to continue your background story…..

    When John came to from his amazing transformation, he was now 7 feet tall and bursting with muscles.  Panicked, the only one he could turn to was Russel Boyd, his best friend, coworker and fellow pro wrestling fanatic.  Russel immediately counseled John to fight crime as HERCULEAN and fight for the weaker guys.  Taking influence from some of their favorite wrestling stars, they came up with a kick-ass uniform to strike fear in hearts of evil doers and get as many babes as they can.
