The Next Queen Of Darkness

This is The First and The current Queen Of Darkness In my story of The Five Powers. The Story has only just begun but there will eventually be the next Queen of Darkness so i am looking for someone to design this character and the winner will have there Queen Of Darkness in my story of The Five Powers.

Im looking for the picture to look like an official picture of the person ass they will be Queen sort of like the current Queen –

I already have an idea for the Second Queen Which is this one –

But i am not sure if this is the one i want. The idea for the second queen that i had is she has blue and black fire and is associated with blue dragons, but that is not what your one has to be like i am open for anything different also you do not need to put a background in but i like them for this kind of picture.
