If I remember correctly, it has to do with witches/alchemy. They sing like a little bird, are about two inches tall, female, help in hexes (I believe), and require only a few drops of their master’s blood for nourishment.
Oh, and if you neglect them, they summon a creature known as a polang, which looks like a cricket. The polang will then free the pelesit, cut a hole in your skin and the two will live in your body the rest of your life driving you mad about cats!
The~more~you~know~!Well, this is my first entry ever: Let me introduce to Jinnon, who as a Jinn, or Genie, is an ent of magic energy. He convinced a desert boy to cheat his own genie-wish rules so he could become an ultra-powerful superhero without remaining bound to a magic bottle, losing his powers by gaining freedom and granting him the ability to concede his own wishes.

inspired by Decatonkeil’s Jinnon, i present to you a yet unnamed Half-Jinn, who is a normal human, but can shift into Jinni form, giving him some of a Jinni’s powers. when in human form, he cant be hurt by, say, a normal bullet (which would just pass through leaving a wound bleeding purple smoke). his father is a powerful Jinn who freed himself by subjugating other Jinn and trapping them in his eight rings. i’ll do him later.
